So glad you enjoyed your baby shower Jo. It must be so lovely to see all those people happy for you. My friends have just assumed i'm having a shower... I don't mind having a 'do' but feel kinda bad about the having-to-buy-gifts part... We tried to a giftless wedding, but people just insisted anyway. I'm not complaining, we got nice stuff, just, you know...

Oh my god Kimbe, I did the same thing last night, but with my favourite glass ever. I've had it for about 10 years and it was just the right size and pretty... DH warned me recently about leaving it on the corner of the kitchen counter - he said he'd feel so bad if I broke 'my cup'. And then last night i went to pick it up with slightly greasy fingers and... smash! DH was right next to me on the couch and just gave me a big hug. I mourn my lost cup... poor clumsy me. I didn't actually cry, cause DH was there to comfort me, but blubber at the drop of a hat these days.

I think I've been feeling the baby kicking. At first I just told myself it must be something else, cause "surely it's too early to feel it on the outside", but there's a definite tapping sensation at times, more often in the evening and early morning, and i can sometimes feel it on the outside. I'm getting all excited now thinking maybe it is Jelly.
