I am soooooo gutted but also feel a bit stupid for thinking this one would work any better than the others.
Oh Meredith, I'm so sorry to hear it, sending you big hugs I don't know what else to say, but i wish I could take away your pain.

And above all, you are NOT stupid! You are a brave, wonderful, courageous woman who has been trying so hard to follow her dream, please never ever think you're stupid for trying to cope with what has been thrown at you.

This quote seems to fit the bill: "Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think." Christopher Robin to Pooh.

Sweetheart my thoughts and prayers are with you. I know some of where you are and I just wish I could take it away from you. I know that you know this bleeding be a subchorionic haematoma, just a bleed & you did have this with Logan. But none of that is going to take away your pain, fear and absolute stress.

So, tonight I have lit a candle for you and your baby - I have prayed, I have visualised and Mama to Mama I have cried some. So, if anything don't feel alone. I am here, so many of us are.

    Big big hugs darling woman...

Meredith, I'm heartbroken to read your last post. I hope you're ok

Hoping the bleeding has stopped & bub is going to stick around I have heard of ladies having heavy bleeds (including me for about 12 hours at 9 weeks with DD) & going on to have a healthy baby... I'm honestly praying you will have your healthy baby in your arms in 8 months

Sorry for the stress & pain you're going through. I wish there was something I could do....

Thankyou all, your support is invaluable.
After a full day in bed on Saturday, things seemed better yesterday. Still some cramping but bleeding almost stopped. Today woke up feeling ok and headed to clinic as was due BT anyway.
As soon as I got there, I was hit with excruciating pain. Not cramping, sharp, horrible pain a bit like i have had with kidney stones although much lower. Struggled to toilet to find HEAVY bleeding yet again. Fortunately, got a scan almost immediately.
So, at 5w6d, we have twins again! Both with HBs (96 and 110bpm) and both measuring 6w. NO sign of where bleeding coming from at all although given it has only just started again, may be to early to see SC haematoma. Ovaries are huge with some blood and fluid around them but this would have been there since the IVF EPU and not the source of current horrific pain.
So I am happy and sad today. Great of course that we are still in with a chance but petrified by the not good symptoms which could still indicate bad news to come.
It is very much like my last loss when an initial scan after bleeding looked fine but 1 week later, i had massive, massive bleeding and the babies died. i don't ever seem to actually "lose" them , just something goes on in there to cause bleeding etc to kill them.

Congratulations Meredith on two live little babies today!

Can I ask how much prednisone you are on? You are doing all you can to bring these babies to your arms. I know that you didn't mention this but it is very very possible that you have a cystic ovary from the ivf and this erupted - I had excruciating pain at around 5-6 weeks with Immy and we put it down to that. The blood floating around your pelvic cavity causes pain also. That blood could be from there as well.

Those babies are alive. You are pregnant. They are measuring equal to dates. This is all all all positive! I am so happy for you...
