MISSY I have been getting very achy, cramp like feelings in my hips at night whilst sleeping. I really don't know if it has anything to do with being pg but I have found that if I wear flannelette pants to bed (to keep warm) it doesn't happen. Maybe try that during the night, during the day try to stretch your ITB which is the muscle that runs from the outside of your hip & joins in behind your knee cap. Just goole ITB stretch.
