Stretch and sweep I think they insert a finger and losen the membrane from the lining of the uterus all around in a big circle. This helps it to hang down a bit on the cervix, causing release of oxytocin: triggers contractions and encourages cervix to open more. Sounds like yours is doing its own thing anyhow. YAY

Yay for sure, just lost some of my plug too - maybe it's all happening. Cramping is happening again but it's mild, nothing like last night. Come on baby!
