currently reading "the original of laura" written by Vladimir Nabokov (guy who wrote 'lolita'). basically about a promiscuous wife who is betrayed by her one of her lovers and her husband sets out to annihilate himself in fragments...starting with his toes lol! oh gosh, why did i just laugh at that?! anyway, i am really enjoying it, but it does take some dedication as it is an unfinished piece as nabokov passed away before its end, so is also fragmented...but it does lend beauty to the similance of the husband....
