We have roast lamb or chicken here sometimes once a week or once a fortnight.Usually on a Wednesday night as its the day I'm home from work early enough to get it all ready. I'm the only one here who cooks. DH wouldn't know where to start
We have a friend who is a sheep farmer so we get the freshest yummiest lamb when ever we go visit If we have chicken I just go to RedLea and buy a ready to cook one that is pre seasoned and ready to cook. I also cook it in an oven bag to eliminate the splatter while its cooking. Oh and a large chook takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to cook.
We usually have a banana split or apple pie and icecream for desert.YUMMMMM!!!!!
