Cutting your hair - was it something you regretted or best thing ever?
I've been considering cutting my hair off. Saying that, I've probably been thinking about it for about three years
I have medium length hair. Super thick. I've always found it more manageable to be long because I can tie it up, get it off my neck, etc. I'm not one for styling daily, nor do we have the budget for product.
But I've been thinking about having it short and wondering if it will be a lot of work. Shortest I've had it recently is a bob and it was okay because my hairdresser thinned it out. But I haven't been back, so it's grown out again. I wonder if I should just take the plunge and cut it off completely. I'm sick of it always looking the same.
So my questions are:
- Did you regret cutting it off?
- Is it expensive to maintain? (ie - how often do you need to go back to the hairdresser to get it cut/thinned out)
- Do you need to style it or can you simply wash and wear?
- Would you ever let it grow out again or is it the best thing you've ever done?
