As for things going through teats etc...I don't actually give Bj anything other than his formula through a teat.
He eats his farex off a spoon.

You can buy teats with bigger holes, or the ones like Sharon uses for Olivers thickened formula which have a cross on them...but you don't need a bottle for farex etc...just a spoon.
