    Morning all,

No persoanl for moment will come back and do later, I have a 2 year old all over my knee.

So the more I think about it I think I am pregnant. It would explane a few things, like my nails growning faster and longer only when pregnant. Hair not falling out as much only when pregnant. Lovely clear face, only when pregnant.

Am going to get a HPT this morning, I have to wait until DD goes to school as she will tell everyone and anyone and no doubt Wyatt to wake up from his morning nap.

Am starting to get worried. I mean what do I tell DH, he will be disappointed. And I know I wont get the respone I want from him.

So wll go and get test, and fill you all in later on.

Sarah - it will work itself out. i am still waiting for Af so can start mini pill and its killing Sex for us ATM.

Sharon - Russell prefers the farex a bit thicker and it took a litlle while for him to get the hang of it. Rusell BF 4 times minimum a day and also has a bottle of formula however yesterday he had 2 bottles. I dont think your supposed to cut out bottles for a while. a friends 12month old still has 2 - bottles a day , generally b4 bed or a nap. FYI Russell hates formula with farex, prefers BM or water

Nettie my BF says that while she loves Oliver to bits, when she comes over it is mainly to see me, and that is so nice. Sounds like a great night. I am planning on getting the Wii Fit soon, it looks like so much fun, I love my Wii as for Liam's bottles, I was told that if bubs drains all bottles, then you should increase the amount. Oliver is still having between 120-160 and he really fusses with morning one the most, I usually give him a 10min break, re-heat bottle and then it's a bit of a struggle, but he does eventually have most of it.
alittlegrubi how did the rest of your ebay stuff go, I think the only reason I got so much was because I had a few 'big' items, I really didn't expect the monitor to go for $122 since most of them on ebay seem to go for around $80. Sometimes it is hard when bubs are feeling under the weather, especially when there aren't any major signs that they are unwell, hopefully she will start to improve in a few days.
sarah good luck with your HPT today, hope you get the result you want, let us know how you go. I think that all DH's wouldn't react the way we want them to when a pgncy is unplanned and so close, but he will have to come around eventually.
BabyWrangler how are you going, and how is BJ going with his Farex? I have given up with Oliver and his Farex for now, he really isn't interested at all and ends up with more on his face and bib than in his tummy.
Zennie Oliver is currently on 5 bottles/day and really wouldn't want to decrease that but at the moment if I was to increase his solids he would definitely cut one out, the only reason I started the Farex was because he was fussing with his first morning bottle, but since he is so disinterested have decided to stop and will try again in a few weeks, am also thinking that he may be lactose intolerant which would explain the fussiness with his bottles (I think LOL)

OMG it is FREEZING here today! there is definitely snow on the mountains as the wind blowing down is so cold.

Does anyone here know about lactose intolerance in babies? I have heard that 'frothy' bowel motions are one of the symptoms, and since reducing his Zantac (which can cause constipation) his poo's have been REALLY loose and look kind of frothy, and I think the reason it hasn't shown up before hand is because the zantac was making his poos firmer IYKWIM. The MCHN said that it was his saliva that was causing his poos to be loose (never heard that before) so I am kind of skeptical about that. I will try and get in to see my Dr in the next few days and see what she says.

    Morning again all,

Quick update, took test (10am) and SNAP i'm NOT pregnant... THANK GOD...

Will tell Dh to go and talk to DR about getting snip. However if he hasn't done it until when Wyatt is 8-10months old tuff luck and I no doubt we'll be fine to fall pregnant than.

Am so realived, the thoughts have been racing through my head of having to buy a new car, only update ours 2 years ago. Along with DH stressing about buying or looking for bigger house, as this is only 3bedroom house. First house is never a forever house, it was something we could affort to buy at the time.

Am copping fine now, it was only when Wyatt was first born, and DS#1 wanted to play with him like a toy. Every morning I write myself a list of things I would like to get done before 10am. If I don't get them done then they go on tomorrow list.

Thanks all for you words of advice. I really dont know how you all cope with them all so close together but it all gets easier.

WEll that is my little huffalump waking up just thought I would update all.

Sarah You really can work yourself up worrying can't you. I've been doning it today as well, worrying is thinking without the facts and once you have the facts it is easier to deal with.
I am paranoid and overly anxious about so many things of late. I just want to escape my life right now - Sharon maybe you could chuck a couple of happy pills my way I think I need them.

Grudi: What's going on that you want to escape? I can understand if you want some time away from family to feel normal.

It's not that I don't want another baby, just not yet, let me lose some weight and enjoy my time with Wyatt.

Speacking of which I had a dream the other night I was pregnant, had wyatt and 2 months later my tummy wouldn't go down, and I was pregnant with twins. One was Greer... I was horrify to know I had twins.

Anyway how is Greer going? We have appiontment at CHC on Thursday to find out how much my little huffalump has put on since his 6 weeks check.

Well it appears that BF is just a comforter for russell during the day now . hes feeding in the mornings and thats it , he pushes me away now and my milk has all but dried up during the day and only filling overnight for his breakfast. hes growing so quick and i didnt expect him to only be snacking on BM for ages yet. he is opting for formula instead. it makes me sad and like part of our bond is disappearing. BF gave me so much pleasure to.

Sarah I think yesterday was just one of those days where the mole hill turned into a mountain. The stupidest of things had triggered me yesterday - but I'm not going to go back over it now.
As to what I wanted to run away from.... Greer's screaming, having to do the 101 things on my list that never get done including completing school enrolment forms for DS, the clutter, everything.
It's okay though it was just an isolated day, by the witching hour it had all past. I found a Nuk dummy in a box yesterday and in desperation gave it a go and she didn't spit it out straight away. As much as I'd prefer not to use a dummy, for my sanity I happily put it in her mouth yesterday afternoon, it was that, throw her in the bin or drive away and never come back. Really don't know what has been wrong with her. It can't be being sick as she is perfect at night, maybe waking a little more often, but that is wind or bowel movements causing that. She seems happier this morning, but I'll let you know at the end of the day if I have hair left.
Sharon I still have a quarter of my auctions to finish and currently less than a 3rd of those are going to sell for a whole $9.18 plus the $149.99 already sold, I've got until Thursday afternoon before I know for sure. Next I'm thinking I'm going to get into the baby clothes and start decluttering with Greer's stuff to make room for the bigger sizes. The worst thing is that no sooner was the money in my Paypal account than I had spent it, admittedly I bought blockout curtains for the nursery and things for DS's birthday party so it was well spent. That wasn't the whole $150, only about $75 - not everyone has paid yet.
Being that I have both kids home today, we are going to venture out today, especially after my day yesterday. Going to visit BF and her 2 boys.

Hellllloooooo!!!! This thread is so empty today it is echoing
Had a much better day today, we've only had screaming during the witching hours today and even the dummy isn't working so I'm holding and trying to do things with one hand. She is heavy and my arm feels like it is going to fall off.
Zennie Russell sounds like he is selfweaning , but look at the bright side at least you can drink now

It IS quiet in here, isn't it??

Not much going on here... very cold so we're not getting out much lately Am reading the 'No Cry Sleep Solution' book and will be doing my 'sleep logs' tomorrow - wish me luck!

Am about to post a new photo of Liam doing 'tummy time'. We got him a special cushion for him to use to help him enjoy tummy time - it's in the photo...

Tried to start a diet today but kinda fell off the rails when DH wanted chips for tea. Didn't want to go out, so I made beer battered potato cakes. Don't think it was any healthier than bought chips - except at least I know there's real potato in there! Also had half a piece of fish (only one left in the freezer, so we went halves!). Then DH went and found a pack of yummy bikkies (**** Smiths melting moments) in the cupboard, so I HAD to have 2 of those!

*sigh* Oh well - will start again tomorrow!

Nettie - I think you are very good for only having 2 melting moments if my DH brought out melting moments I'd have polished off the packet.
I need to start eating better, not so much am I concerned about weight as I am about being unhealthy. I was sooooo good for soooo long and then I went to eating garbage again. Must get back onto a more natural diet, give DD some good milk instead of this calorie laden milk.
She is asleep now and since I am having "it's difficult to cope" days I'm going to have a glass of red wine to settle myself for the evening.

    Morning all, Grubi and Nettie.

How are things? Everything fine here... Could do with extra pair of hands at times.

Nettie: I am wanting to get on the diet wagon as well. I try and eat right, but what I think is right might not be right. I mean I have meat and vegies, sandwiches, pasta, and breakfast.
*Excerise well we are in same boat here, its to cold to get out and about. DH not home early enough for me to go to gym with GF.

Grubi: Its good to here you had a better day, yesterday.. Wyatt going though same sort of thing, little bugger during day only have naps, but sleeps fine at night time...
    * How did you go getting Greer to sleep by her self in cot?

Will dash Wyatt is calling, will check back in here later and ramble on some more, so you all have something to read. LOL

sarah must be a relief to find out you aren't pregnant. I think most of the bubs in here seem to be catnappers, I know Oliver is most of the time during the day, although he will occasionally do a 1.5 - 2 hour sleep (usually one of the morning ones)
alittlegrubi I know how you feel about wanting to escape sometimes, there are some days I think I need a 'double dose' of my happy pills, and I constantly get the 'don't want to go's' as I like to call them when I am supposed to go out somewhere just because I don't want to have to deal with (socialise and put on a happy face) other people, would prefer to be on my own. Hope you had a good day yesterday with your BF.
Zennie it's a shame that Russell seems to be self weening, but you have done a great job to BF him for this long.
Nettie where did you get Liam's tummy time pillow from? Oliver hates being flat on his stomach and I think that something like that might help him to enjoy it a bit more. As for the dieting thing, while reading through yesterdays posts, I have eaten 6 mint slice biscuits and I enjoyed every one of them.
BW haven't seen you here for a few days, hope you are going ok.

    Hi to anyone I missed.

It is so quiet in here lately, maybe people just don't have much going on or happening at the moment so they don't feel the need to post.

Sarah Greer sleeps in her cot by herself for the sleep that starts at around 1-2pm and her first nighttime sleep usually starting between 6 and 7pm. Last night she slept from 6.30pm to 11.30pm in her cot.

Sharon Yum, mint slice - I'm going to buy some chocolate biscuits and melying moments when I do the shopping now. Yes Monday was definitely one of those I don't wanna days for me. Spent 3 hours with my BF, it wasn't too bad, just watching DVDs with the kids and chatting - was pooring with rain yesterday so we couldn't do much with 4 kids in toe. We talked about organizing DHs to have the kids one night next week and go out for a coffee or three and cake.

    No dieting for me

It's always good to know you're not the only one having these experiences, both how bubs is and how we are.

thanks everyone for making me feel better.

Second Sharon's concern for BW, Shellbelland Clueless hope you are all just too busy and not having a hard time.

Today is shopping day so there won't be much exciting going on for me today, but I'll pop back later in the afternoon - your evening since you are all Eastern Staters.

    Afternoon, all

Sharon: It was a hugh weigh off find out we are not PGT. I think since the slip people are just busier now. I know its the case for me. Only on here now 'cos wyatt sleep in pram behind me and I give him gentle rock now and then.
How is Oliver doing these days? Getting any bigger?

Grubi: So when Greer wakes up at 11:30 where does she go then? Back to her bed???

Well we went to playground at school and as always it was good to get out of house. Landon DS#1 rode his bike over, and we did painting. We took over out bubble blower to show teachers and all the kids loved it so they are planning to buy one now.

Had a lovely informed talk to another mum there. She has an adoptive son from Ethiopia. She was telling me he was about a month old when they FOUND him at local police station. Along with how long the process took, and what they have to do. At 7 months old he only weight 4.5kg. That was Wyatt when her was born. I was almost in tears. Though both her son and Landon get long good, and they will be in the same year together. She has just had a baby, and Wyatt and him will be in same class too.

We I am still trying to put these books together of some familys I took their photos for. It's has taken me 2 days, a few stuff ups at the printer. So hopefully I will have it done by this afternoon. Also I didn't plan on how many photo I was going to put on per page. So if I run out of pages tuff... They have a copy of all the prints of a CD and I made them a DVD slide show of the photos, which see really loved.

So now I am just rambling. To give you all something to read.

I had plans on painting my nails today they are at their longest, which is what also made me supect I was pregnant. I don't normally let them grow this long but, I am not really noticing them this time around.

While I'm on the subject, a HPT can't come back Neg can it? I broght twin pack so I might re-test in morning just to double check, 'cos I am still waiting for my AF. Am starting to get worried now.

Well I will go and let someone else ramble for a while. I have plenty to do, but am going to get a DVD out and a glass of milk and sit of cough and dip some choc-chip cookies in there. Haven't done that for a while. But gee its good.

P.S. Que for wyatt to wake up then.

Sarah Thanks for rambling, I enjoyed reading it.

Obviously I need to get a life

HPTs can be negative if it is too soon, but don't worry about it yet, you might not have another AF for a couple of months and it not be due to PG.

Greer goes back into the cot if I am not being lazy and put her back in, she'll sleep for at least an hour and a half if I do that and it is usually wind pains waking her. If I fall asleep during the feed or it's too cozy I leave her next to me in the bed. She'd probably sleep in there all night she did for my Mum the night she took her, but I'm just lazy - like my sleep. Need to get to the point of not being lazy real soon though and move out of the nursery as I think DS and I wake her sometimes being in there.

I wish I had a friend like you to come and do some family pics for us. DH has a female friend who take photographs - see signature pic, but I'm not sure she'd be comfortable doing family pics. I know she secretly wants my DH, I don't care, but I think she is uncomfortable around me.

    Pooey nappy alert - GTG!

    HI Guys,
Sorry I've been a bit awol the past few days, the week has gotten away from me a little bit, plus the BB website seems to poo its pants every time I try and log on (then I crack a tanty and give up).
I'll try and get to personals in the next day or so but just quickly
Sharon: BJ used to eat his farex but it was "mouthful in...half out...other half in....repeat" I got a bran called Rafferty's Garden Organic this time around (mainly cause it was on special) and I have to say the change is insane...he had 2 and a half bowls of it last night and was getting grumpy when I didnt get the spoon in fast enough!
I even dont mind the taste...its made from brown rice instead of white and I think that gives it a bit more flavour, might be worth giving Ollie a go on that? it was only $1.74 last week.....
Sarah:Glad you're not pg if its not what you want just now...I know DH and I are not planning to have another one for about 4 years!
Grubi I wish we had someone to take beautiful pics like Greer's...I'm a shocking photographer and BJ hates the camera, though the past few days Ive been making a point of getting the camera out eveyday to try and get him used to it...I've managed to get some pretty cute shots (quite proud if I do say so myself!)
Nettie Liam looks like he's doing ok with tummy time! We got one of the Lamaze Spin and Explore play Gym things but we barely used it...BJ has been good with tummy time all along and now, he pushes himself up and looks around!!

Just on the ebay thing...managed to sell the baby bjorn air we got (I use the active as I need the lumbar support) for $120...quite happy with that...

I'll try and pop in and catch up properly tomorrow....DH has been working late the past few days so by the time I do all BJ's stuff, and DH gets home, we are often eating dinner at about 10pm!

    Just a quick one...

Sharon - I got the pillow from the Reject Shop for $4. It's a giraffe curled in a circle. They also had some other animals, but for some reason he seems to attracts giraffes so we've made them his 'signature animal'.

Sarah - I like your rambles too! I think I'm on here more than most of the other mums (owing to the extra time I have because I'm lucky enough to have DH home with me) so I really look forward to the extra posts.

I've been doing my sleep logs for the NCSS book today and I can see clearly that we need to start instigating a bedtime routine! What does everyone else do to settle down for the evening? Do you do it in the main living room or the nursery? Help me with ideas people! I'd like to start reading to him, I know that!
