Kel, some of the other groups are heaps more chatterboxes than we are ! I think Sept 06 + one or two other groups are ahead of us already in thread count and we had a 5 month head start... or is there heaps of mums in there hence the massive number of posts ??
Sooz, yikes, hope it ended with noone hurt - it is said that things can get like that. And yeah, Jen keeps saying "but we don't have enough time to do this or that or that or this"... I say back, it doesn't matter. They are only minor trimmings that dont really matter. She is excited about it
Jacci - I am sorry to hear about yuor friend, I hope he found the peace that he was searching for, it is a shame that his wife and children will live with that for the res tof
their lives though!!!
I hope you are feeling better and well done for Gav on the bike ride!!
Sooz - we drove past the siege the other night, you live fairly close to us now too!!
Abs - congrats on finding the ring, my DH designed his own ring and we had it specially made, so I know he like his!!!
Kelli - well done on the fitness, I ride like 5km, but then I die, I am so unfit!!!
Not much to report from here, I am getting worried about the amount Tyron sleeps and am off to search on howm any hours he should be averaging!!
Lisa- let us know what u find the average amount of hours they should be sleepign at this age, woould be interesting to know.
Nixon finally after 9 1/2months is now enjoying tummy time and not spewing so much when he is on his tum! so now im not having to get up 5-6times a night to turn him back over he is quite happy sleeping on his tum with his bum up in the air lol so cute.
Sooz- that would have been abit scarey with the seige, was it the house directly behind yours or a little bit further?
lisa how much is he sleeping - charlie is going to bed at 7pm now and waking up at 7 am then back down at 8.30 for 1/2 hour then at 12 till 2 then 1/2 hour at 4 then bed at 7 again. seems like he sleeps all the time to me! so thats about 15 hours a day
Tyron sleeps on average about 16-17 per day, I had a look online and rang my health nurse and she said anything between 14-18 is okay, so that puts my mind at rest, he is very active whilst awake so maybe he is jsut tired??
yikes, I wish Josiah got that much sleep! He sleeps about 11 hours at night, IF he goes to bed at 6.30, otherwise, like last night it's 9 hours. Then if i'm lucky I'll get 2 1hr sleeps out of him during the day, otherwise it's just the one.
He SO needs to sleep more, but just fights sleeping so much that half the time it's not worth the effort.
Lisa, it does seem like Tyron sleeps a lot but then when you add all the hours together I guess all the babies in the group would sleep between 13-18hrs a day-WOW it seems such a long time when you think about it, I only get 5 hours a night!. Olivia normally goes down at 8:30pm-7:00am and then generally has 2 x 1:30 hours sleeps during the day, although I have upset her routine as I go to the gym everyday and she normallly falls asleep on the way there but then I have to wake her and there's no way she'll go back to sleep so then she's grumpy all afternoon, but because I work afternoon shift I have to get everything done during the day so we are constantly in and out of the car. As she gets older she becomes less tolerant of being woken up (who can blame her) hehehehehehe...
Abs, How cute that Jordy waves to everyone, I bet it melts a lot of hearts, we have taught Olivia to clap on demand but she can't quite get the hang of waving yet..
Take care everyone, see you soon
x

Alexa had the worst night ever last night... took me an hour and a half to get her to sleep... then she slept for 2 hours & then woke up & would not settle for an hour & a half... so I finally got to sleep at 2am only to be awake again at 6.30 to get ready for work..... I need coffee!!!!!!!!
I am not a good person to be around with hardly any sleep....
Declan went to bed at 8:20 was up at 12:30 until 1:15 woke again at 2 went back to sleep when I rolled him over was up at 3 and was starvin marvin took til 3:30 to get back to sleep then it was 5:15 he woke took til 5:30 to get back to sleep and then was up at 6:45 and that is about the norm he has just gone back to sleep now he will sleep for an hour and then he will have a sleep around 2 this afternoon for about 1:30 and thats it!
must of been the night for crap sleep!!! charlie was awake 3 or 4 times over the night.
mitch - I am not a good person with no sleep either!! i got angry at charlie this morning and told him he was naughty - then gav yelled at me!
Abs - it is cute isn't it!!! charlie waves too - but for ages he would just wave at himself coz thats the way he seen our hands so he did it that way. When we went away on the weekend - the kids at the caravan loved that he danced when you tell him too -they just kept getting him to do it over and over and over.
Hey everyone, I think the siege ended up ok with no one hurt thank goodness because his whole family was in the house and he was threatening them all. Started as a domestic violence - sucks when kids are involved. It was the street behind us, but not the house directly behind us thank goodness!!
Us Perth people must be pretty close - we should meet up one day - I'd really like Amber to have some more socialisation, she just loves other baby's. It's cute!
Wow it's been so quiet in here today!!
Is anyone else's bubba really rough when they play, Olivia seems to hit and pinch me a lot, I know she's only playing but gees it hurts, she pinched my sisters face the other day and broke the skin.. Maybe she'll be a boxer when she grows up...hehehehehe
Mitch,
I hope Alexa sleeps better for you tonight so you can get a good nights sleep , is hubby away at the moment? It must make it hard when it's just you that has to get up all night.
Becky,
I also hope Declan has a big sleep tonight..he seems to sleep very little, is he grumpy throughout the day?
Jacci,
Lack of sleep can be the worst, I hope Charlie sleeps well for you tonight..x
