Both the doctors that looked at Greer's belly button have said the same thing... will monitor it and if it is still there at her 4 month injections they'll refer her to a paed surgeon and asked if I have private health insurance/hospital cover for her. i hope it does go before then - hate the thought of her having surgery.
Bellelasse I've learnt not to listen to half the medical staff I see when they tell me what to do. My Mum said it best the other day..." You are her mother, you know what is the right thing to do for her". As Fire I think said babies don't read the books that tell these people what babies should be doing. Good on you for doing what works for you EBM, cloth nappies, not control crying etc.
MGM - Still having difficulties with out of the arms sleeps here, I try and I try and feel like I am useless, the minute she goes down from the arms she cries, no matter how tired she is.
Taurusa Don't you hate that when you leave something you need in the bag you send off with the kids. My DH tool my DS to daycare along with my mobile the other day - I panicked that I had lost it, then remembered putting it in his daycare bag pocket when I picked him up. Hell of a job to get in and out of daycare without him seeing when the kids call out "Logan your mum is here".
Greer is still screaming from being over tired if i put her down and I have got to go to the Post Office so might try to do that and hope she falls asleep in the car.
