GIRLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLSSSSSSSSSSSS I HAVE MISSED YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BROOKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I am so so so so happy for you ..I had to double check to make sure I was not seeing things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not even going to try and catch up as I am sure I have missed out on so much !. I am just so glad to have the internet up FINALLY!.

The move went well . I had a few very teary nights has it was very hard to move from my beautiful fully renovated unit into an old rented house that is not mine ...we have possums or rats in the roof and under the floors ( I will tell you which one as soon as the guy catches them!)...we have a bee hive in the front brickwork ...spiders ARGHHHH....crickets that seem to be moving through out house ( I have caught about 12 in 7 days!)....ummmm it is cold ( ice on the windscreens) ..the windows are those slot ones in the toilet so it is ALWAYS freezing in the loo!...and it is just old and was very very grotty until I hit it with hospital grade cleaner ..very hard as I am a clean freak....love shine and good smells hehe. Anyway ..on a positive note the area is lovely and it is nice to have a big backyard. We are one step closer to knowing if it is the right move and being able to buy a big house!...it is all soul building !!.

I took Kaitlyn to a play school concert which she loves, she is crawling!!! and keeps heading for powercords and heaters ( of course), she has FOUR teeth coming through ...poor bubba...ummmmmmm and she is just as gorgeous as ever!.

ahhhhh ....I feel like a belly belly junky that just got my hit hehehe. Girls it is so good to be back on and look forward to chatting again!

Welcome back Cass and Kaitlyn. How did baby massage go on friday?

All is fairly hectic here, Maria has conjunctivitis (spelling is shocking I know), at least 2 teeth coming through and has vomited on me twice today, so I won't be going in to work tomorrow and for some reason I feel guilty about this, but Maria comes first.

Hope all bubs, bubs to be and mums are well.

well I am staying home to look after Maria today, her eyes are nearly cleared up but to be on the safe side I didn't take her to childcare. I usually work from home 1 day a week, but I can't get into the system today, thus no work, Maria's aslepp, I have ironed everything for the trip to Brissie and the washing is on the line, I feel like superwoman, I think I need a nap though because maria's teeth are giving her hell and she wimpered (even with panadol) most of the night.

Louise - Enjoy the day at home you super mum! And do you want to come and do my ironing

Rae - Well done on the BF. I soooooo hope #2 co-operates and I can do the same!

Jo - How cute with the Lamby. I bet Sammy tries to still the bottle! Brissy visitors were only for the day thank goodness!

Welcome back Cass. How is the unpacking going? I am peed off because we need to get some draw things for our built ins, and hence the clothes are currently piled on the floor. Grrrrrrrr. Hope you have fun going disinfectant crazy!

Brooke - How are you feeling? Any ms? Did you get anything on Ebay?

Fletch - How's the neck today? Busy woman you are too!

Tracey - You need to stop working so hard!!!!!!!!! Need any chocie taste testers??? Pg woman here on a chocie binge!

Well we are still all sick, plus Lucie is cutting another 2 teeth up top - poor thing! She woke screaming at midnight, took an hour to resettle after I eventually managed to get Neurofen into her. She just keeps coughing poor mite. Had her in our room all night after we got a vaporiser yesterday, but we need to crank it up a bit more, 'cos it wasn't putting out much steam!!!!!!!! She's asleep now in her stroller after our walk. She must be soooo tired. I've only been getting a few broken hours sleep each night myself. She's on a big hunger strike too. Fingers crossed all this illness passes soon.

    Hi girls!

Soph I hear you on the clothes EVERYWHERE ...I am still in the process of washing them all before putting them away ..I think I have about 4more loads and I am done ..phew!. I hope Lucie has a nice sleep tonight...darned teeth!.

Jo your little lamb sounds sooooo cute!. Your kids are so living my dream childhood!!!!

Louise yay on getting all your washing and ironing done ..I love days like that!. I hope poor Maria is feeling better . Baby massage went well , Kaitlyn was not willing to take part so I used Priscilla ..made Kaitlyn a little jealous but she still gave priscilla cuddles and a big kiss haha.

Welcome Rae and Ella !...look forward to having nice chats about you . Yay on the breastfeeding!...unfortunately for my princess and I it did not happen but she is a healthy little mite and hopefully I will have more luck next time :-)

Glad to hear you business is going well Fletch...so good if you dont have to go back to work...although this is work but you know what I mean :-)

Well today we have a busy day ...had Dh's car serviced but my a guy that came to our house which is so much easier. Then DH rang our agent and left a pretty rude message I think about the fact that we have three locks ( garage , back and side doors- so pretty important ones) that still dont have keys so cant be deadlocked ...plus a hive of bees in the front brickwork of our bedroom window. Anyway low and behold by noon I had the locksmith and also the pest control out here!. The pest control removed the putty the owner put in the bees hive entrance and 50 bees came out!!! I thought I was going crazy as I could hear all this buzzing and see nothing ..guess I could hear them in the wall!.Anyway I hate to have had to kill them but it had to be done as they kept getting to close to us as we entered and left the house and I was worried about Kaitlyn...poor little bees though I feel so bad. Still nothing in the trap that has been set for the possums/rats...I know they take the possums to wires but what if it is a rat...wonder what they do to it.

Kaitlyn has her orientation day tomorrow for daycare ....so nervous about her starting on Thursday . Although my hair is in such need of being done so while she is there I am going to the hairdressers!. Just in time to as I have a hens night on Sat hehe.

By the way ...I have decided BB is bad for my budget...after reading the cooking forum I went out and bought a Slow Cooker and a multi-teared steamer...I am obsessed with kitchen gadgets!.

Hope you are all well ...hi to all the other girls and bubbas!.

Brooke - Hope Charli is better soon. Nasty flu, poor little might. We invested in a vaporiser and had it cranking out the steam last night and Lucie didn't cough or sniffle all night. I highly recommend one, and you will use it heaps over the years with kids too I think. About $45 from the Chemist. Hope you make up with DH soon, I hate fights!

Tracey - Good for you on the sickie! Hope you have a nice day.

Cass - Glad you had some luck on the house front. DH wants to wait until next pay (next Thursday!) until we get these wardrobe things but I think I will have to push him to get them today 'cos it is driving me nuts! Goodluck at daycare. I have a slow cooker and LOVE it. It's great to throw everything in in the morning when bubs are generally happy and then you have a yummy dinner later with nothing to do if they are grumpy in the arvo. A very wise investement!

I'm still sick but I think Lucie is on the mend which is the main thing. Really starting to freak out about #2 now. Aggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh

    Good morning girls

Hope those of u with sick bubs or sick urselves had a good night sleep. Poor little Lucie, Maria and Charli - hope they r doing better :hugs:

Yeah enjoy ur day off today Tracey -lunch with ur friend sounds fab...aswell as spending extra QT with Indah!

Thanks 4 the welcome Cass - gee life at ur house sounds crazy right now - bees, possums/rats, pest control, locksmiths... ur a good woman - how do u do it!!!

Hi Rona - are we meeting up for playgroup tomorrow? I'm sure ella's ready to pucker-up for Zanie again...how funny was she the other night!!!

Well i've hopefully got a pretty easy day today...just some washing (trying to keep on top of the ironing since i'd let it build up and spent hrs on mon slaving over that damn ironing board - oh well we'll see).
I don't have my 3 yr old niece either today (as i look after her 4 days a week while my sister works) so - as much as ella and i love having her over - it is a nice break when she's not here.
Oh and i'm excited cause we're renevating our main bathroom at the moment (prob 4 the next 5 yrs at this rate!) and our glass basin, showerhead, spa taps are being delivered today!!! After today we only need a couple more tiny things to get and hopefully it'll be full steam ahead

Anyway - enjoy ur day girls!

Cass Im thinking about you and little Kailtyns orientation at daycare today. Hope it goes well as no doubt it will. Great you are getting to the hairdressers too just in time for your hens night. Mine is in desparate need..the last time i was at the hairdressers Sammy was in his pram not moving..dunno how hed go this time!!!

Trace I hope you are enjoying your day off today with little Indah. Hope lunch with your friend is yummy and whoohoo on the slow cooker. I have yet to use mine..so slack..just that we dont eat meat so any vegie recipes would be most welcome!

Brooke hope Charli is better and that you and DH have cooled down. I hate fights with DH!

Aww Soph hope you are feeling better too today. Dont stress about your new bubby. You have done such a wonderful job with little Lucie..this next one is gonna be a breeze. I honestly found with my second child I was so much more relaxed and confident in my abilities as a mother and I know you will too.

Whooohooo on the bathroom Rae...thats sounds absolutely fabbo!!!Enjoy your day just the two of you!

Fletchie I hope little Zaney is better for you today. Its so awful when they have their off days isnt it. LOL at him pulling books out of the bookshelf too...that sounds like my little man!

Jess had a specialist appt yesterday and another xray..her bone is completely separated..looks soo eewwwww...poor darling..no wonder shes been in so much pain. Shes finding it hard to do the most basic of things that you really dont think about. Sammy is still doing little steps ..mainly between Darren and I. Hes soo darn proud of himself too little monkey..its sooo very cute.

Let me start by saying ....I dont want my princess to go to daycare :-(((((((((((((((((( really hit me today how much I have taken for granted everyday I have had with her .....playing with her but also worrying about having to get this and that dont ( ie cleaning) ...and now I have to go back to work and I will miss her for those three days so much!. Ok ...got that off my chest....one more thing ..I am so worried as I cant tell her what is happening ...I know she will be ok ....but she will be so upset tomorrow wondering where her mummy is and why she left her....ok making myself more upset and be silly I guess.

Rae believe me the first few days I moved I wondered what on earth I had done!...but we are getting there. Got 1/2 the clothes in the drawers and hung today . I also had the gardens done today so that has made the place look better. Wow you are a good sister looking after you neice...now that is a hard job!.

Tracey I hope you enjoyed your day with your little princess. Did you get a slow cooker?. I am going to try the plum rib receipe in the cooking forum tomorrow night for DH ..he has banned me making anything else until I have tried this one hehe.

Soph I hope your fight does not last to long :-(. We are still fighting with DH's family to ..they have not seen Kaitlyn for 8months!!!!!!!!. I told Dh that enough is enough and we have to mend bridges ..be the bigger people...even if they were mean to me :-( Anyway offered the olive branch ( is that the saying hehe) and invited them over this Sunday for lunch ..will be SOOOO uncomfortable but I dont want DH and Kaitlyn to be without them ...even if they are screwed heheheh..mind you they better be bloody nice now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Mind you in saying that this is our first fight and if there are many more like we had then sometimes it may not be worth mending i guess :-(. Now...dont you stress about the new bubba..I can imagine it is daunting but you will be a wonderful multi-tasking genius!.

Poor Jess ...I really hope she starts to mend soon...sounds so painful. Go sammy on his steps!

Brooke I hope Charli is feeling better tonight. Kaitlyns nose has been like a tap today as well and I just had to go and resettle her because she cant really breath properly. Poor bubbas!.

So girls tomorrow is officially D day ....daycare day ..mmm actually is D DAy!. They are really great at this childcare centre but still nothing matches the care of a mum or family member ...not as much one on one and lots of other kids running around . I know Kaitlyn will get used to it ...but it still does not ease my worry . Dh has changed all his appointments to come with his girls to daycare so that is at least a little bit better ..for me anyway !. It is just going to be such an overload for her . When we went today all the kids swarmed around on top of her trying to play with her which was so nice but still freaked her out of course. She is a very sensitive mummies girl so it is going to be extra hard. Ok promise I will not go on anymore, I will let you know tomorrow night how it went.

On another note we did not catch any possums with our trap in the roof. So the guy thinks it may be rats so he has set the trap under the house ..oh gosh ...I feel so dirty living in a house with RATSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS....what if one gets in ??. I can hear little noises now in the wall ..so either the house has its own little noises which is possible ....nope ...that was 100% claw movement on the ceiling ....ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.They are moving from under the house up through the wall to the roof ...as there is no other way to get into the roof so this is the only way the guy thinks they can be getting up there!. And they are up there as there is a rat skeleton and egg shells ...do possums even eat eggs ( jo you are our animal guru you may know this!).

Right I have annoyed you enough tonight hehehehehehe.

    See ya!

    Hi Girls,

Cass - My thoughts are definately gonna be with u tomorrow as Kaitlyn goes off to daycare - she'll be fine...i'm sure she'll love playing with the other kids and u'll get through it too. i'll send u heaps of happy vibes and hugs

i also totally understand what its like to fight with the inlaws. We didn't speak to DH's parents for about 4 months after Ella's christening... they were totally pathetic! They are Maltese and have never particularly warmed to me because their son married an Aussie girl from a broken family (yeah - like it was my fault!). We didn't christen Ella as Catholic just as Christian (which is the same thing!!!) and it was all down hill from there. They couldn't cope with the fact that we were actually pretty damn capable at being parents - i think they secretly wanted us to fall apart so they could sweep in and save their beloved first grandchild - and didn't like the decisions we chose to make regarding our daughter. It has been a massive battle for me even with breast feedin as noone and i mean noone in their family - even extended has breastfed - they think it's dirty or something ridiculous, so i'm looked down on for being a proud b/f mother! i'm pretty much forbidden to talk about it and i'm banished from the room everytime i need to feed - freaks...it's natural!!!!!!!!! Anyway - it was completely horrible and very bitter...it wasn't worth living like that so, like u, we built a bridge and it's slowly getting better (but my MIL has warned me that if i do something she doesn't like she'll come at me 'with her claws out' - yeah really nice!!) Anyway - enough of my whinging about that. I really hope it works out 4 u guys

Changing the subject...u gals are into the slow cooker - i don't have one -r they really that good? I absolutely love to cook...one of my fav things... - but there are definately days when there just isn't the time (or energy) to slave in the kitchen...and those ribs sound tops.

Rona - just got Bess onto BB. i'll make sure she introduces herself...prob another potential addict!!!

Tracey - how was ur day off and ur lunch? Hope u had fun

And Brooke - how r things with DH and ur little Charli too? Hope u had a better day today!

    Speak to u all soon

Rae - Grrrrr weird families eh! So weird about the BF! SLow Cookers are great, especially when you know you won't have time in the evening to do dinner, and the delicious smell when you enter the house is divine!

Jo - How is Jess? She fell off the horse yeah? Is she scared to get back on?

Brooke - I'm with ya on the sleep reluctance! Lucie has decided she will only fall asleep in my arms. Argh!

Fletch - Don't feel like a bad mum - there are days I feel the same, like 'Lucie you are being a rat!' but then there are more days that I am totally in love with her. As someone told me a little while ago 'If they weren't so darn cute they'd be in trouble!'.

Cass - Hope your little house inhabitants disappear soon. We had a possum in our roof in QLD and it drove me nuts. The scratching at night is horrible. Hope they take a hike soon!

Well Lucie seems to be quite a bit better. Dropped her down to 2 bottles yesterday and she seemed keener on solids - even took a spoon at each meal which is not like her. Now that I have said that of course, today will be the total opposite! Tooth 7 has cut through and 8 should be today or tomorrow. After taking so long to get more after the first 2, she certainly has made up for it lately.

My cough is driving me nuts and has made me realise that my pelvic floor muscles are shot to pieces Coughing and throwing up this morning and wetting myself at the same time! Aggghhhh there is no dignity in motherhood!

Cooked up a huge batch of chicken and veg meatballs and Lamb and veg meatballs yesterday for Lucie. Need lots of finger food options on hand for when I am in hospital and bub #2 is here. Anyway touch wood, I think she likes them. I disquised all the veg (potato, carrot abd pumpkin) by mashing it up and I don't think she realises hehehehhehe, and they actually taste yum!
