I'm glad I haven't been the only one MIA!
Just had to pop in and say hello to you all & see how you're all faring, lol. All is well here, Jackson is such a good boy & sleeps pretty well too. Just no trouble at all! Was reading how some are having bubs who are teething? Already! Jackson isn't at that stage yet. I remember with Cara she would get really rosy cheeks when she was teething. All I can say is have the Bonjella or equivalent on hand and the little teether thingys you put in the fridge for them to chomp on for their little gums
Hello to all the New mums who have joined in our group too *wave*.
Like Maz I haven't really focused too much on wrapping our bub. He's pretty happy without it, so we just dont bother!
Hey! He rolled over yesterday onto his tummy- WooHoo. Couldnt believe it, How good is that. He'll be 3 mths next w/end so pretty much on time with his 1st major milestone!
Will try & come back a little more regular if I can

Jess, you are brave girl!!! I hope it works out for you though and it's what you want

Everything good here with us, we went to dinner last night with our mates and it was awesome, there were 8 of us and my Mum looked after Madeleine, it was our first time away from her.

She pulled herself up today too from her bouncer, what a milestone!

    Have a good day xx

    Hi ladies,

Have had a pretty good day today. Amy has been quite tired so has slept a lot. Just today she's holding her head up when sitting for long periods. Normally she'd wobble a bit but today is totally different. Every day something changes. So amazing and so exciting each day wondering what it is that she'll do next.

bbwish - i know EXACTLY what you mean about wanting a family. I wasn't the only one who wanted a baby....i wanted us to be a family too. It is a little harder for the man to feel involved though when bubs are so young. You have to coax them a bit don't you?! Glad everything is going well though.

carol - I don't think Amy is anywhere near getting teeth yet. I think her grizzles are just that....grizzles! I don't think she's close to rolling over either but we'll see. Good on Jackson!! Woohoo!!

Bindy - Yay on Madeleine being so strong!!

Well, better go. My sis is going overseas until August tomorrow so we're having a farewell dinner for her. I don't want her to go :-( seeya tomorrow xx Nik and Amy

    HI everyone!

Hey Nik, that's difficult hey, your sis going away for so long and so far! She'll miss so much of bubs!

This morning Sander pulled himself up into a sitting position after I changed his nappy! That was a first! He;s been keeping his head up since he was only 1 month old. That was so amazing! I only occasionaly have to support his head.

He didnt want to sleep last night so didnt sleep until 11.30! Then woke at 4 and at 6! And then 7.30. So hopefully there's time for an afternoon nap for me today coz I do need to get some extra sleep by now!

Well had my hen's last night. It was such a fun night. Have got some pics up on facebook. I did end up drinking quite alot and had a little hangover in the morning but got a few more hours sleep and I woke up alot better. Thanks for DF for feeding Bodie. Missed them alot while I was out. It was funny because Bodie did 2 poo's for Dean while I was out hehehe. He just loves changing a dirty nappy!

Bindy & BBwish: Yay for bub's pulling themselves up! I think Bodie will be at that stage soon too, he always tries to pull himself up.

Nik: Yeah the Bumbo seat does look like a potty hehehe. I think it will come in handy though. Bummer about your sister going away. My sis is going away for a few months too at the end of the year .

Anyway gotta go get dinner ready. xo

    Hi ladies,

Amy isn't sleeping much today so this will be quick as I need to do some chores!

Bindy - Madeleine weighs almost 3kg more than Amy. WOW! She looks so gorgeous in the pics you put up. She doesn't look like a chubba, just a very cute baby.

April - saw your hen's night pics. Looked like so much fun. Glad DF looked after Bodie for you and that you had a blast. I really want to get one of those Bumbo seats too but so expensive! will keep on looking on Ebay.....might get lucky when no one else is looking. Yeah right!......You looked beautiful in your hen's night photos btw!

bbwish - hope you are having an afternoon nap right now as I type!!

Well better go hang the washing out. Am hitting the gym this arvo. Looking forward to it....! Not noticing any difference yet though dam'n it!! I'm so impatient! Heheheh.

Luv Nik and Amy (3 months today!!!!)

    Hi all.

Bindy great photos of Madeleine! She looks good, what a great healthy weight!

April, I will look at your hens night photos, glad you had such a good night!

I will have to look up this bumbo seat, never heard of it!

We are good, still only daytime catnaps, and very grizzly by evening, but finally moved Addy into a cot in her own room.Poor thing couldnt stretch out in the bassinette it was too small. It felt so weird moving her down the hall, I felt quite sad!

Anyway, going to get some sleep myself.

    Night!

Hey ladies!! the days are just going WAY too quick everytime i try to log on here and reply i find i need to do something or Sophie beckons.

Sophie has rolled over from her tummy to her back twice in the past week WOOHOO and i had her on her back just before and "helped" her from her back to her belly, i'm sure she'll be doing it on her own in no time. Sophie is still sleeping in her bassinette, she still has room to move around she does shake it a bit when shes moving around but not so much she'll tip it over. Will keep an eye on her if she gets too long for it i'll move her to her cot, but i dont know how i'll go putting her in her own room i dont think i would get any sleep after having her next to my bed since we came home from hospital.

Not sure if i've told you guys before or not but I have an appt at the hospital on April 14th because of my tear, really hoping SIL can take me as its short notice to ask a friend to take me. She said she has to check whether she has another anchor point in her rodeo ute.

My FIL, his russian bride (seriously) & her daughter arrive next Thursday (19th) they are coming for a visit/holiday from Nowra, NSW. They will be meeting Sophie for the 1st time & FIL is no where near as bad as MIL

Everyone who has facebook photo albums all your bubs are looking gorgeous!!. Bindy Madeleine is a cutie.

Jess- congrats on your good mate wanting to have a baby with you, so are you together or still mates?. We wont be TTC #2 for a while yet, i'd love to be pregnant again but i'm happy with just the 3 of us for now we're in no rush to extent our family, i made sure the chance of me falling pregnant decreased by getting my deprovera shot done 3 weeks ago now and have had my 1st period and its lasted 2 & a half weeks (sorry TMI). I hope it all works out for you

April- Hope you had a good time at your hens night, going by your photos on facebook you had a ball and you look FANTASTIC!!. Cant believe your wedding is so close now. Where are going on your honeymoon? i cant remember whether you'd told us before.

Nik- thanks for checking out my pics of Sophie, she is adorable and very cheeky!!. Amy is a little cutie and SO much hair. I'm glad i dont have to wake Sophie in the middle of the night for a bottle anymore, she is however only having 4 bottles a day (200mls each bottle), she doesnt seem to be loosing any weight and shes still sleeping well. Will wait and see next time i get her weighed and mention it to the dr/chn whichever 1 i go to. We've (Sophie & I) have been sleeping in until 9am for the last week or so its great.

Carol- no your not the only 1 who's been MIA theres been a few of us. I still wrap Sophie and she stays in it for most of the night but i will wake up to her with her arms out and usually shes wiggled her way out of it and shes on top of the blanket i put over her. She still lets me wrap her......for now i think i have a few 00 sleep suits/bags will have to have a look & might even have to buy a 000 sleep suit/bag. I dont think Sophie is anywhere near getting teeth just yet, i am going to try her on farax at 4months even if the chn says 6months Sophie's always looking at what were eating and spitting out her dummy in hope that we'll share with her its so funny.

BBwish- do you have any photos of Sander, lovely name by the way.

Question for all you obviously more 'tech savvy' girls... how do you link to your facebook pics so that peeps can see them even if they're not on facebook?? Or just how do I do it at all really... All help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance, want to share my little pumpkin with you all!

Bonham, wow, go sophie!! Scally hates being on her tummy so she's never on it long enough to do any rolling lol.

Maz, Happy 3 months to Mateauz!! Glad you can breath a little easier.

Apes, Glad you had a fun hens night, what are they for if not to drink too much?!

NikW, If you lived in Vic I'd have let you have my new bumbo for el cheapo as Scally isn't a huge fan... she never likes anything I like lol, but as you are on the Gold Coast the postage would be a killer. If you've got a Big W near you they have them the cheapest as far as I could see.

    Bindy, loving your new avatar!

hindonly, I am finding it harder & harder to check in too, having too much fun with my pumpkin & then when she's in bed unfortunately there is always something that needs doing!! Nice to come in here though & see how everyone is doing, yay on the rolling over..!

Hi to EVERYONE I've missed looking forward to being able to share my pics!

    Hi ladies,

Just a quick one cos I'm dying for brekky.

Queen - there is a link at the bottom of your gallery or at the bottom of your photos pages that you can copy and paste into your signature. It's right down the bottom. It took me a few goes but I got it eventually. Amy hates being on her tummy for any length of time too. I haven't seen any indication that she's going to roll over any time soon. She's only just started reaching out at toys and stuff like that. But every day is different. I can't believe she's almost 3 1/2 months old. Would love to see some pics of Scally (such a cute nickname!!).

Jo - Wow Sophie! That is so exciting!! :-) I love the pics you have up. She's just gorgeous. I don't think I could get any sleep with Amy in our room. She's too noisy! We've got a movement monitor in her cot though so that has made it a lot easier for her to be in her own room. She's been in there from day dot.

Maz - yay on our bubs making it to 3 months. Mateauz is a trooper. I'm glad you can breathe a little easier on reaching this milestone.

bbwish - glad you got a nap. Man that is cold!!

Jess - Yay!! on Jaylen reaching 2 months! Doesn't time fly!??

    Hi Mary and Bindy :-)

well, am gonna go and try to have some brekky. Have a great day ladies. Luv Nik and Amy xx

QM- to post a link to your facebook photos whether its just in a post or in your signature i was told to copy the link at the bottom on the album page on facebook click the little world symbol above where we type our replies paste the link click ok & the link to your facebook photos should appear wherever your trying to post it. Took me 2 goes to get it right and i have no idea what i did wrong , i'm not exactly "tech savvy" i had to ask the girls off BB for help as DF wasnt home.

BBwish- when did you have Sander, i cant remember reading. Our tickers are the same thats why i ask. Kate (lilyoceanmoon) & I had our babies on Jan 24th 12hours & 1minute apart.

    Hi Girls,

bbwish, I hope you had a good night last night and got some more sleep.

Maz, congrats on Mat turning 3 months old, that's great news that he can breathe easier.

Bonham, Madeleine isn't rolling yet! I can't wait until she does. I agree with you not wanting to get preggers again, I think it will be just be my DP, me and Madeleine for a while yet.

Vic, thanks, it's cool isn't it.

    Hi Nik!

Have a good day everyone, Madeleine is cracking it so going to settle her down, it's definately a 3 month thing, she is doing it a bit lately!!
