    Good morning all

Well Bayleigh is a lil better he only chucked once yesterday and that was bout 10 mins before i was due to leave to go out so i gave him a bath and got him dressed as DP was at bunnings but he seems more himself today so hopefully he is over what ever he had.... DD Chloe is fine now also i would say she just had a 24 hour bug....

Well i went and saw SATC Movie last night... It was FANTASTIC im so goin to buy it once it comes out on DVD and i must remeber to go into target and put the whole SATC series on Layby asa they have them for $22 each ( im sure it was terget or maybe it was Kmart oh well ill go both places)
We also went out for dinner it was so nice ot be able to sit down and eat my meal with out having to get up every 5 mins to check on the kids LOL Didnt get home till after 12

Im also a lil worried i realised this morning that i should be due for AF soon so i looked on the calander and it was due on tuesday hmmmmmmm Im never late. Since the day i first got AF i have always been on time never been a day late (apart from when i was pregnant) So im gettin a lil worried.. We use condoms when DTD as im not on the pill or anything could there still be a chance im PG?
Think i mite go and get a test and do it that way i can put my mind at rest ..... i mean if i am it would be great but we wanted to wait till Bayleigh was atleast 2 before we started TTC

Anyway better go into town gotta do food shop
hope you have a great LONG weekend

    Hi All

I'll try for some personals while Autie is sleeping...

Megan, might be a bit late to answer your question but anyway... Autie generally wakes around 6 (give or take half hour) and I encourage this because it helps the day work out timewise. She has a play/BF/breakfast and is ready for bed again by 8.30 most days. Then she'll last out to about 1pm and then bedtime is 6/6.30. She usually naps for about an hour. I read somewhere that many babies follow the 2/3/4 hour schedule between sleeps and this is true for us with maybe an extra half hour tacked on. HTH. And hope the move went well for you all.

Jan, how did it go with ring? Is it what you expected? Aww at Liam's 'mum' - isn't it a lovely sound? What is Mini Maestros? Autie loves music so much it sounds like it would be right up her alley. I have found a huge improvement in sleep since I cut Autie off cold turkey from night feeds - she gets a BF at bedtime and then that's it until morning. I don't like for her to cry either but it really only took one night of rocking instead to get her on track and accepting - it was mostly a tantrum type cry.

Jess that's great news that your little jelly bean is growing well. How exciting for you! Take care of yourself - it must be hard with DH away and two growing bubs making demands on you!

Em, I LOVE your letter idea! I think I'm going to steal it - I hope I'm capable of making the effort each year though...hmmm.

Lis, I will have to add puzzles to our list too. The best ones I have found (if you want quality) are called Tuzzles though you may have to search them out or google a supplier but they are worth it - absolutely gorgeous colours and images. Sometimes I do feel bad having Autie go from bed to change table to car seat to stroller to car seat to high chair LOL I try and find somewhere for quick crawls along the way if I can, or that's when she gets a 'treat'

Sarah, good to hear the kids are feeling better and that you had a good night out. Exciting news about the maybe pregnancy. How did your test go?

Jem, it's nice to hear from you. That's a really nice idea about Charlotte's poster - I loved that book. What are DH's work shifts like these days? You must have things running smoothly by now when he's away but I guess there are still tough days?

I thought it was about time to give Autie a little nudge walking wise so I stood her up and let go - she looked so smug as she just stood there without even a wobble! It was like 'I could do this ages ago mum, just didn't wanna' No steps yet but at least we'll have something new to surprise daddy with when he gets home. She has been doing her best to copy the dance moves of Hi-5 - so cute but maybe it's an indication I let her watch it too much!LOL

I'm babysitting my parents dog for two weeks. She's lovely and it's nice to have a watch dog with Dan being away and Autie is fascinated by her, but all I keep thinking about is all the crap I'm going to have to pick up off the lawn Guess it will get me used to it for when we finally get our own.

Mum bought some LS bodysuits from Dimmey's because they were 50c and I put one on Autie today...lovely big round collar - she looks like a total nerd - or maybe a child from an Amish type background. LOL Good for not having to wear a bib at home though!

Somebody's at my leg wanting attention so I'd better go.

Sacha - thanks for the info on the 2/3/4 routine - I have been wondering lately how long is "normal" between sleeps. We roughly do the same. DH work shifts have been OK lately - but like you said though some days are easier (as I know you understand) than others but I guess thats life!! Woohoo for Autie - was a smartie!! Charlotte hasnt shown much interst in walking which is untersting as both boys were walking by this age - but I am in NO rush for her to get mobile on two legs!

Sarah - ooohh cant wait to hear about the test results!! I loved the new SATC movie as well - I want to go and see it again soon. It also made me want to go shopping in NY - oh the fashion!!

Hi Mel - how is your weekend so far? Have you done much? We just got home from a cool bike park that the boys were able to ride around in and have a play. We met some friends there who have just had their 3rd boy and this is such a cliche but you just forget how tiny newborns are. Made me clucky NOT!! Was nice to have a hold and then give him back - he was adorable though!!

    Hi everyone else.

Enjoy the weekend. Does everyone have a long weekend this weekend? We do so no work tomorrow!!

    Take care
    Jem

    Hey Hey,
    still alive but only just.

Last time i was in it was because Xavier had the flu, and I was home with him. He is getting better, but i'm not. It's really hard to get better when you don't get any sleep.

Any who I hope everyone is doing well, We have a little boy trying to walk along the furniture, trying new foods all the time, he likes crumpets at the moment.
He has some very chatty days, and it seems like he is trying to ditch a feed and a sleep during the day, which I wish he wouldn't as he try's to make up for it at night, which is so not happening.

Well gotta go, I need a nanna nap.

    Bye

    Hey everyone!!

How is everyone?? I am good - hands are FROZEN tho! Been outside hanging out the washing and it is so cold and still a bit rainy - clothes are never going to dry!

We went on our family getaway on the weekend just gone. It was good!! We got there late friday cause Jason had to work. We didnt do too much, which was good - didnt even turn the TV on!! It was very very cold, too cold for my liking. Avaleigh was OK on the drive, a lot more whingy than I thought she would be but what do you expect when you are sitting in a car for 5 hours!

I've been looking online for new jobs. Its crunch time and I really need to work!! I've gotten no answers out of my current job so I am looking elsewhere. I am going to call them today and see what the go is. The plan is to go to some retail stores and leave them my resume. I may even go to some supermarkets and see if they need any nightfillers. Not what I want to do but if it means I can still be at home with Avaleigh during the day and get good money working at night, I'll do it!! Jason's been thinking about going to the mines, not what I want him to do but his back is getting really bad so roof tiling is not that good for him anymore.

Well Avaleigh has finally fallen asleep so I have to do some stuff now because we go out looking for work.
