Email me if you need a similarly sleep addled brain to talk to. i have done sleep school/tresillian and she WAS a good sleeper - don't know what happened. In fact i'm fighting a battle right now.... WTG on the weight thing. Cam started this week with a mum from mothers group. I was going to start, but I couldn't eat that many points if I tried, so I'll just stick to eating sensibly. I'm less than I was before I fell anyways.

Well the demazin backfired - I couldhave given her uppers with similar effect. Helped with the snuffles, but that's about it. Got my Brauers though, so that's on the cards for later.
