    Hi there everyone!

Kristie - I usually crash on the lounge at around 8pm if I'm not in the room getting Benjamin to sleep and falling asleep with him by 8pm.

I had my first full night working in the boning room. I didn't finish work until 1am this morning. I got home at 1:30am mind you I had to drive at 60 - 80 klm/h because you couldn't see 5m in front of you because of the fog. When I got home, I had a shower, crawled into bed to feed Benjamin and crashed it at about 2:30am. Benjamin decided that he'd wake up at his usual time of 6:30am and I haven't managed to crawl back to bed since. Benjamin on the other hand has had 2 sleeps for me. He's going to spend some time with his Aunt this afternoon, as Dh and I have to drive to Brisbane for an appointment with a doctor regarding Worker's Compensation. I think I'll nap in the car...

Kell - Before you know it, our bub's will be 1..Got to get planning his birthday bash...

Linda - I had some of my pregnancy and breast feeding multivitimins yesterday, and that really gave me a pick me up. Are you on any multivitimins at the moment?

    Hi!

Melissa - wow you must be sooo tired! I hope your sound asleep right now...hehe.

Linda - I'm bad with remembering to take my vitamins as well....

Not much to report. Louis and I have been playing games today and having big giggles. I love that it's the best. He gives me the biggest sloppy kisses as well. I'm a big sooky mum at the moment.

I've been so emotional lately. I swear either af is on its way or I'm p/g.....I wish I knew which one!! hehe. i'm sure it must be af. Anything little thing that goes wrong and I feel like crying - sooo sooo silly as I'm not usually like this.....

    Sweet dreams!

    Hi!

Linda - sorry you had such a bad night!

Louis slept through - thats the second morning in a row that I've been awake before him! He woke up at 8am this morning and 8.45am yesterday (he had late nights though) He's got gymbaroo this morning so I think he'll be all tired out for tonight as well hopefully.

Just when I thought things were settling down at work my sister told me last night that she can't have Louis anymore on Tuesdays. It's only a couple of hours but she feels like she's too busy to have him. I'm a bit annoyed really but it's her call...It just feels like one thing after another is going wrong at the moment. I know it's all kind of petty stuff in comparison to other dramas but I'm just over it. I'll work something out though....I definitely won't be putting him into care on another day as it's just too expensive to pay for a day when I only need it for a couple of hours...

    anyway enough of my whingeing....

It's so quiet in here - where is everyone????

chantelle has learnt how to wave bye bye, clap and say muma.she is a sponge at the moment, she is mimicking everything we do,she has also learnt to stand up against my legs and the furniture, she is just so damn georgous.she has a maternal health check today to see if she is putting on weight, will let you know how that goes but i think she is thriving.
i had my first ever ob appointment yesterday.i am measuring at 16 weeks with fundal height.i am 14.5 weeks.i heard the heart beat on the doppler and i still cant stop smiling,i think i am having a boy this time and i do beleive i will be finding out.i have a scan this friday just to confirm dates again and a quick check to see how it is all going.i have not bled for a few weeks now so all should be good.dont think they will be able to tell me yet but i will ask if they can determine the sex yet.i am staring to get a bit excited now and have even starting looking at cots and twin strollers.time to go shopping, yipee!!!!
i went to DFO yesterday and bought lots of nice size 1 outfits for chantelle for next season and bought james some surfy t.shirts and tracksuit pants,he needed them.i want to go back and spoil myself so i think i will need to suck up to grant a bit.
chantelle has been waking alot the last 3 nights,we went out sat night to the casino and a friend babysat, when we got home at 2am chantelle was very upset,i tried to resettle her but eventually i gave in and gave her cuddles and a breast feed,so since then she has been expecting me to go back to our old ways and feed her over night, but i have not given in,i do beleive she will be much better within the next couple of nights once she gets the message.
anyway enough for now,she has just woken from her morning nap.

Hi girls!! Queensland was fantastic!!!!! It was great to be able to sit out in the sun and even have Tori get around in just a singlet and nappy one of the days. The wedding went went for was lovely, very simple but nice and tori was a great flying baby again, falling alseep as we took off and waking as we landed both ways! I can take this kid anywhere I tell you.
Today I am going to go see my old boss about getting some work. I really dont want to though but it would make it easier to save if I had just a little coming in! I wish I could have my own place and do family day care or something like that so I could stay home! Life doesnt happen that way though.
Well this is just a short one for me today, I am exhausted and tori has just gone down for her sleep and I hope to get some too! I think my birthday celebrations lastnight arent helping my head foggyness today! Way to much red wine was consumed!!!

    Speak to you all later!

    Hi!

Nikki - It's great to hear you're going so well!! How exciting that you heard your little bubbas heartbeat and you'll see "it" on Friday! Chantelle sounds like she's doing really well with all that she's learning. You should definately spoil yourself as well and buy something nice (maternity clothes?! hehe)

Cindy - So glad to hear you had a great time up at qld. I'm so jealous thinking about warm weather!!! Sounds like you had a good b'day celebration!
Bugger about going back to work....I'm completely with you on it - I would love to just be at home as well. We all need so much money to live basically at the moment it makes it tough. And damn interest rates have gone up again!!! Time for dh to ask for a payrise I think!

Thanks Melissa - I'm sure I'll sort something out....

Wow Nikki- congrats on your pregnancy! I can't believe how many people in here are ttc (or wanting to be...) I'm not in any hurry - I'm enjoying my time with Dylan too much! We're going to start ttc in around May next year.

I feel so guilty atm - on Monday I got home from work and had a go at DH about him being grumpy (he wasn't, I just had pmt!) Anyway - today I get home and there's ahuge bunch of roses with a card saying sorry he's not been a good husband or daddy lately! He's the best in both departments and I feel awful for making him think otherwise. I'll have to find a way to show him (but may have to wait till af has finished!!)

    Hi!

Grr I'm coming down with a rotten cold! I hope Louis doesn't get it. He seems ok at the moment so cross fingers.

Donella - Oh well, at least you got some flowers out of it!! hehe. He may have been feeling like he wasn't doing enough lately anyway. We all have outbursts every now and then!!
I know what you mean about enjoying bubs. This is such an enjoyable age (I've been saying that since about 6 months..hehe) It's just so much fun now that you can interact now I think...

    Sweet Dreams!

Hi all! Been a bit MIA lately, i usually manage to pop in and have a read of whats happening but dont find the time to actually post atm We are doing great here, Will has settled into 2 day sleeps fairly well at the same time every day and so i can plan things around him (mostly ). we joined the local toy library yesterday and so i borrowed a little tikes truck for Will and a road/train track thing for Molly (although Will loves rolling into the track and destroying it LOL). Will is getting closer to crawling, he pushes up onto his knees and rocks back and forth, although i am not looking forward to his mchn appt next week and telling her that he isnt crawling yet, i am not worried but i think the nurse might think it is becoming an issue. Otherwise he a bright bubbly happy baby so i am not overly concerned he is not moving yet....just lazy LOL

Nikki - thats great you are feeling so well, you're right it is such a great reason to go shopping so shop till you drop! This is the first time Molly has acted like she is a bit displaced by Will, you're right i will just have to do more one on one things with her. just in the last few days i have realised how much i fuss over and play with Will and while i play with Molly etc i think she feels like she is not getting the same attention. she has also been getting in trouble for being too rough with Will and hurting him so that is probably contributing.

Kristie - i hope you can work things out for tuesdays

    Cindy - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Have a great day, looks like being a nice one here....

    Great to see you Kell!

Emma was up half the night. She was wide awake from 1am - 3am. I feel so exhausted. I was having fantasies about CC let me tell you! Anyway, I still think she is teething, but if this continues I will have to rethink things....

kell.as a parent of more than one child it is hard to entertain the kids and evenly distribute your time, what ever you do,dont feel bad about it,it is great that you have picked up on it.i still find the same thing with the boys and they are bigger, they get there nose out of joint when i seem to be favouring one over the other, when i become aware of it i just go the extra mile to give the other a bit more of my time, sometimes just lots of extra praise is all they need.
linda, you will come to a point when you KNOW that cc is really the only alternative left.i waited till i had 5 months of crap sleep before i came to the decision to do cc.i was really struggling with the idea as i am a big sooky and absolutly crumble when my baby cries,BUT i have to honestly say that i do not regret it one bit.it was only 2 nights of cc and bam!!!!life is so much better for all of us,i cope so much better with my day now and although i have never loved chantelle any less ever.....i dont have that little bit of resentment towards her any longer for making my nights hell.i just enjoy every single second with her.dont feel pressured by my words just listen to yourself..and if you do decide to do cc,,it is absolutly crucial that you do it at tresilian,,,i think that is what it is called in n.s.w.the support will make it all the more easier to deal with and you will feel confident in what you are doing.

    Hi!

Nikki/Linda - I agree - cc is something you have to be ready for. I had heaps of people saying to do it in the early days but there's not way I could have at that poing. I think you have to be really at the end of your tether so that you know it's the only solution. I'm so glad Chantelle is sleeping better for you Nikki! It must be such a relief.

Kell - I'm sure as Will is a happy little vegemite there's nothing wrong. You will know better than anyone....I wouldn't stress too much. It must be very difficult to evenly distribute your time. Especially when Molly is obviously a lot more independent than Will. I'm sure will find a balance.

Well, my teacher that was meant to be finishing up tonight has cancelled on me (surprise suprise) so I have to go to work from 2.30-8.30pm. Louis will have his first go at formula!! We're just going to give it to him in a cup and see how he goes. I'm going to miss him so much considering I won't see him for 2pm until tomorrow morning. Luckily my mums coming over to watch him for a couple of hours until dh gets home. We're meant to be going over to the childcare for a trial today but I haven't even had a shower yet. I've just been playing with Louis all morning......
Little monster can stand on his own for about 5-10 seconds now!!!

Feeling rotten with a cold but I'm won't take cold and flu on the off chance I may be p/g. I'll get a test today I think so that I can write it off and get drugged up - hehehe.

Kristie - I always feel really sick right before my af now, which is really weird. The day after I threw up last week, af decided to rear it's ugly head, so I'm glad I ended up with the week off. I got a pg test done just in case though, which was negative. I so want to be pregnant again in some ways, but then I step back and think, not yet...

Linda - Bummer you are having a hard time with Emma's sleeping patterns. Benajmin doesn't sleep well at night since I started night shift, which has prompted me to re-think my work situation.

wow so much has happened, I posted a couple days ago but it doesnt look like it worked.
Linda sorry to hear you have had a run of bad nights again. I agree with Nikki, on the cc. If you are at your wits end with it all it may be the best thing for both of you to get sleeping better.
Nikki Good to see that all is well with new bubs and that Chantelle is learning heaps. She certainly is a clever little chook.
Kristie I hope Louis takes the formula ok. I am sure he will be fine. Hope work isnt too stressful for you. Bummer about the cold, i am just over it know, thank goodness.
Cindy Happy belated birthday! Hope you and Tori are well
Kell Will certainly sounds like he might be on the move soon, Jordan is doing the same things. I cant wait for him to crawl.

Well today we went to the eye specialist and all came back normal. MHN thought he might have had a lazy eye or squint. Jordan was soo good. He got up at 11 from his nap, had lunch at 12.15 and then we headed off to specialist. We didnt leave till about 2.00 and he fell asleep in the car. I ended up giving him boobs before putting him into bed, even though he was hardly awake as he hadnt had his afternoon drink yet.
Is everyone else still giving bubs 3 feeds a day? I think it would be too early to cut it out but he didnt seem bothered about it.

Nikki I would love to catch up next week. I now have tues and thurs off so let me know if you are free. I wouldnt mind shopping for a stroller if you want to look at prams.
