Evenin' all! I've come down with yet another cold so I'm feeling pretty cr@ppy today . Tonight has been surreal, DH is still at work, I gave K a bath, fed and put him to bed at 7pm. I checked on Joel who I thought was just watching TV quietly on his fold-out couch, but I realised he'd actually fallen asleep! First time in his 3 1/2 years he's ever done that LOL! So I plonked him straight in bed and now have the house to myself (until DH arrives home soon). It feels kinda weird to have this much quiet in the house!

K has finally mastered rolling both ways and had a great time rolling around to different places all day. He looked so pleased with himself! It's so strange to have such a lump of a baby! Joel was well and truly on the move at the same age as K is now, he would crawl everywhere and try to climb everything, he was always full-on. I wonder if K will be slow to walk too?

Ange - IKWYM about the time outs, so frustrating . I hope Lu settles well for you tonight.

Viv - That's awesome that James loves to feed himself! What a relief to know he really does enjoy his food (I knew he would, he's a boy :P)

Becky - Nope, never tried Pampers. I've heard of them because they're pretty popular in the US. Have you tried them out now? WTG on scoring a free pack!

Saffi - I'm glad CC is going well, fingers crossed you get some extra days soon. I remember well the dirty knees from crawling! K is wearing Joel's old pants that are worn in the knees, yet K can't even crawl yet LOL!

Willow - Any time matey . Woohoo on L crawling properly! He is such a clever little guy!!!

Hope everyone is well, have a great night!

    Wow..so quiet in here.

We have been busy. Trish I did what you said and have been putting Max on the timber floors and HE MOVES! He can do 360's. He is so much happier, YAY...oh AND he can roll from his tummy to his back as well! Probably don't need the physio after all!

Anyway, just flying in and flying out....I'm Starving!

Actually, speaking of starving, Max ate two whole packs of rafferty's food....is that a lot?? (i think they are 120g packs) How much is everyone else eating?

Hope everyone is well and happy, especially you Mo.

Willow, you poor sick love. Have you given L some baby Panadol? If he's not well he may have a sore throat which could be keeping him awake. I feel shocking today too and both boys have runny noses so it looks like we'll have a house of sickies too soon. Chat to me any time

Viv - EEK at the bean! Hope that fang pops through soon. K still has 0 teeth.

Ange - I'm glad Lu settled down for you, how did she go last night? Yuck at chemical poos! I have a blocked nose today so if K does one I won't know in a hurry!

Julia - Yay for Max moving around!!! You've gotta love timber floors. I keep putting enticing things in front of K and he is rolling around heaps to get it. He loves footballs and remote controls, such a boy

    Carp- lost post.

Willow- :comfort. It WILL got better, is there anyone that can help and give you a break for an hour or two?

Trish- hope you are all feeling better. Last night was the usual two wake ups 1am and 5am, I really struggle to settle her without the boob. i wish she'd go back to long stretches!

Viv- @ your sword swallower, we've had a few too-much-food-jammed-in-gagging type issues. But i find she learns not to do it after a couple of times. hmmmmmmm bacteria hey? will keep an eye on it over the next couple of days. ( just had a vision of me taking a bag of poo to the doc, poor GP's! Ewww just had a flash back , issed to have to measure stool samples to check for blood loss, not nice. Although we froze it first then it smelt less. Bit OT, but yanno)

Mo- How you going love? Keeping up your iron intake i hope.

Had a run in with the wheely bug. Stood up off couch, foot went through tthe handle and i can tumbling down. Landed hard on hip and smacked head on the floor. nothing a few tears and a bit of sympathy couldn't fix though. The cow got put outside for the night as punishment!

*Yawn* Morning everyone...terrible night...at one point it took me 2 hours to resettle K, another point an hour. My arms and legs are sore from walking around with him. I don't know if it's teeth or if he is coming down with my cold. Why oh why does he always do this to me when I'm sick???

My sense of taste has vanished because of my blocked nose. Eating chocolate does nothing for me, but I HAVE to eat it or DH will hog it all LOL! My brain is mush, I grabbed our little clock/temperature gauge thingy to look at it and have no idea why...what did I want to know?

Anyway, hope you all had a better night than me!

Mo - Yay for Maddi standing on her own! Sounds like you'll have an early walker on your hands, look out!

Ange - I hope you're feeling better after your encounter with the trolley, ouch! One of the perils of being a mother.

    Have a great day everyone!

Oh Ange! You just reminded me why I looked at the clock thingy! It tells you what stage the moon is at and I was going to check if there has been a full moon . *goes off to check*...Nup, damn, what can we blame it on now???

Yep it can only get better (please, oh please )

Hey all, feeling a bit better today. Finally dragged my butt to the GP and got him to check all three of us out. I'm on ABs (not too thrilled about taking them while feeding DS - anyone else done it? GP said he might have some diarhhea...*sigh*) DD seems OK so going to stick with the Brauer's Cold and Flu for her and GP thinks L is teething more than anything... would explain his disturbed sleep this week.

Hopefully these ABs will kick in and I'll be feeling much better. Feel like I've been hit by a truck. Goes to show being stubborn and trying to fight it off doesn't always work out

We had a pretty good night here last night. One unscheduled wake up at about 3am, but settled quickly. Much improved on last week anyway.

    Damn teeth...
