I agree with Nelle some people show their thanks and love in other ways, Im not a post person, I actually am scared of the post, DH opens it up for me and I have honestly only send 2 things by post this year as I get anxiety attacks when I send the post. I sent something to Maz last week as part of my group therapy challenge to see how I coped as a test. So I do apologise, I am a phone person definately anything paperless thats me! Im here if you need to chat or need any support with your PND honey I know it must be tough doing it with no meds atm etc...

Anna**- thanks for the chat today, I hope you are ok matey. Im sorry about the Chemical pregnancy. I worry about you and your pains, and the anxiety. I hope they come back with some answers with the other blood tests..until then ..keep drinking the milo....and call me if you have anxiety issues and I will try my best to calm you like you have done for me many a time. Im always here for you, I wish I was in Perth, cause I would come and mind Xander with Julia and they could play together and we could sit and chat and relax, thanks for being a great friend.Thanks for your tip re the smelly shoes !!! Im so happy I got rid of them they were bad and to score a new pair of shoes for $25 was a bargain, such nice shop assistant to dispose of the smelly pair too! lol
