Hi all! Well my cousin didnt get the rash so it may be some yucky viral thing. Noone is sure and no blood test has been done so who knows. My girls are not sick so thats a blessing.
They both slept all night in there own beds! Yippee for me.I banashed aaron to the couch because he so annoys me. Just thinks he is the bread winner so can dictate as to what happens with the money. He wants to spend money on the car when its not needed. Its only the work vehicle. Its not broken yet so as far as im concerned why waste money. And he cant just have a conversation without screaming so i cant be bothered talking to him.
On a lighter note off to see the new 2 story ikea, cant wait!!
Nice to see you going well annt! Way to go on 3! I know you will cope its your body that has to behave!!!
ness, you poor thing.i cant believe this has happened to you..Dh can be such pains.
Jodi;ruby is very good with the tantys. wont sit in a trolley or a pram for longer than 1/2 hr so i dont go out much.
Me and a friend are currently making canvases and trinket boxes and all the baby nursery jazz to sell in 6 weeks at a baby market. So im very busy at the moment..
Hello to everyone. i hate this not having a quick reply because i cant remember everything!@ sorry.

meg - Nina is back to having day sleeps now, and they're usually between 2 and 3 hours.
She chucked a mega tantie this morning when I dropped her off to daycare. I told them that I'm going to leave her there tonight!
Nina is in a big girl bed, but doesn't like the covers over her. Each night she has the a/c on, and she is in summer pj's.

annat - great to hear things are going well. Have you found out where you're being transferred to?

caddie - that's great that there are no measles around. I don't go out much either, Nina would prefer to walk around, but it's too hard to do that with her at this age.

kel - hope you had fun at swimming! We've pulled Nina out for this term & next term as it was too tiring on me. We take her in our pool every day though.

nessa - that husband of yours needs a good kick up the bum. It's sad that it's affecting you just as much as him. You really don't need this right now. Try and take it easy as much as you can.

nelle - I hope that bag got packed last night woman!!!

I've got to run, have to go back into town now, and I have no fuel, so need to make a fuel stop first. bbl.

Caddie, you do know that if you scroll down when you're replying that you can see what people have said - you can actually see more replies that way!

Nope, labour bag not entirely packed, kept discovering stuff I need to buy - but it's been started.

Was going to type more but someone's wandered over here and brought quite the stench with them...best go fix that.

Took Ash to the park this morning and the poor thing bumped her head so has a little lump there, goes along nicely with the scab under her nose and the bruise on her forehead!

Nelle- I remember the trouble I had when packing, then I hardly used anything!

Caddie- Glad the hear the girls are alright. The stuff your making for the market sounds great. Hope you make a nice little profit from it. And men can be PITA when it comes to the money. Matt doesn't really dare comment anymore on things cause I always bring up how much he wastes on smokes and his drinking night.

Ness- Could maybe you go pick him up from work, and then tell him because you are so nice comong getting him he can put the girls to bed? How long til he gets his licence back? If your Dh is anything like mine it can be quite difficult to get an apology, mine will always have some excuse instead.

AnnaT- Wow can't believe your already planning #3! You go girl! Glad to hear things are going well with the boys. Keep up those 3 feeds if you can, your supply will drop down but should settle at enuff for those feeds.

Kell- Love the new AV! have fun at swimming lessons.

Meg- i still put Ash in sleeping bags, am making some myself at the moment cause its so hard to find any in her size and the grobag brand are just to expensive. I have to have her in the bag cause she too kicks everything off then cries cause she is cold!

    Hi everyone!!!

Jodi - I had to tell you about what Ambah's done in the last few days - she's named one of her dolls Nina!!!!! It was totally out of the blue, she just started saying Nina everytime she picked this doll up, and she was just telling me that Nina was coming out to the shed with us!!!

Maz - Was just thinking about you this morning, hope everything's going well.

AnnaT - Congrats on getting to 8 weeks breastfeeding hun - I'm so proud of you And good luck with your TTC journey, hope it goes smoothly for you.

Just a little personal woohoo for Ambah and I - we've just about made it to 18 months breastfeeding!!!!!!(will be at the end of the week) I'm so happy we've made it this far (despite our ups and downs) and I think now I could be content if she self-weans now (or in 6 months from now, I'm not in a rush ). Now just to get past the idea that some people will see it as a personal victory when our bfeeding ends

Shar.. thats awesome! Woohoo well done!!

Maz.. FIL is ok some days not the others (pain wise). Last scan showed the cancer had grown in one lung and not the other. Kinda good but not. He has to wait until april now and have another scan then and as to see whether to go back on chemo or what (they have to have 6 months break inbetween treatments). But in saying all of this, he was given 12 months to live last February, so its nearly March so hopefully continues to fight it out for alot longer. Are you still getting those migrains? Damn things. Hope youre taking it easy too.

Shell.. lol oh dear. Kids will be kids wont they! Hope shes ok. Thanks about the av i was bored one night and thought i needed a bit of a belly, since im getting one in real life now!

Jodi.. yep fair enough. We're stopping after this term too. Being next term will go through July no doubt and im due at the end of July... plus it will be winter. Am thinking though of starting him back up at the end of the year and putting the new baby in the creche while its on. I really want him to know how to swim, being we dont have a pool ourselves its a bit harder, but knowing how to swim for me its a necessity.

AnnaT.. i think youve done amazing with your BF as it is, so dont feel guilty whatsoever. You have to do what works and is right for both of you. I hope i can feed this baby as long as you have Ripley.

I was soo proud of Jesse today at swimming. They have a tunnel they roll out of the floating mat on top of the water and every time he has refused to go through the tunnel. Today was the first time he went through! I was soo soo proud of him! My heart melted when he did it, my clever boy!

My scan is on Friday woo woo. Trying not to think about it too much so the time doesnt go too slow. Hoping they can find out the sex! Even though i would like a girl i think if its a boy i am going to be just as extatic. To at least know we're having a son or a daughter rather than just a baby will be really nice.

    Kell - 2 more sleeps!

Maz - great to hear from you. Hope your headache goes away.

Shar - well done on 18 months. I wish I was still BF, but alas J weaned himself.

Shell - I hope Ash doesn't have a big bump!

Caddie - Glad it was not the measles.

    BBL - J is smelly!

sharleen - that is sooooo cute!! Does she know any other Nina's?
And a huge congratulations on your breastfeeding journey, 18 months is fantastic!

maz - maybe we can send them both to tanty camp. Hopefully they'll come back little angels, instead of being the little devils they're turning into.
Hopefully the headache eases up for you.
A huge congrats on your breastfeeding journey too!

annat - contemplating number 3 hey, you go girl!! Don't feel guilty about bottle feeding. A happy mum = a happy baby, remember.

kel - great to hear that Jesse did well at swimming lessons. Do you think you'll start swimming lessons back up next summer? Good luck for Friday, fingers crossed bubby behaves for you.

shell - hopefully it didn't hurt Ash too much. Nina is forever getting bruises or scratches on herself. She's such a tomboy at times!

nelle - good to hear you've made a start on your labour bag Has River's nappy rash gone?

I had to put fuel in my car before, and couldn't believe how expensive it was. I wasn't even taking notice of how much it was up to. But thought it was going for what seemed forever, and when I turned around to have a look, it was up to $92!!!!! I decided to stop it at there. It filled it to full, but not over the full line, IYKWIM. $92 is just outrages!

Nope, sometimes photos from your visit come up on our screensaver (it runs through all the photos we have on our computer), and if she sees it I'll talk a little bit about Nina, but that's only happened maybe two or three times?? And not in the last few weeks. She's also got another doll that she calls Gabby (there's a Gabby in her Kindermusik class).

Meg - Around the time James weaned, Ambah had a go at it as well (was about a month before I got my first AF back) - I did consider just calling it quits then, but didn't (after 2 days of incredible pain she started feeding again). Emotionally I wasn't ready for it then. Now I think, while I'm sure I'll still be a little sad, I think now I'm more ready to accept the transition.

aaaawwwwww, we'll have to try and organise another meet up again soon, so they can meet each other again.
Nina's dolly is called Baby. She rocks and pats it to sleep. Yesterday she even put baby into her bed so she could have a proper sleep. And she will give her baby a bottle too. It's so cute watching them with a dolly isn't it.

Jodi.. yep definately next summer. Provided im ok of course after having bubs but i doubt i will have a similar recovery as last time (bad episiotomy - 5 months recovery).. well lets hope! But yeh i will put the baby in the creche they have at the centre while Jesse has his lesson. I think its only like $3.00 to put them in there. Especially by then he will be over 2 years old and will be alot more aware of what hes doing.. plus he absolutely loves the water. Will you be starting Nina again after Emily arrives? Oh i know. What type of car do you have? We have a commodore and it takes about $80+ to fill it. I havent filled it in ages so no doubt it will be more like $90 atm.

We'll be taking Nina back to swimming as from the last term of this year, so at the beginning of summer. That's great that the centre you go to have a creche. Where I take Nina is a small place, the lady now does it from home, so she doesn't have a creche, but she does have a playpen for babies. So I'll pop Emily in there while I'm in with Nina. I'm not sure what to do though when it's time to take Emily as well as Nina. I started Nina at 6 months, and want to do the same for Emily. I think because we have a pool at our place, it's really important that they're familiar with water, and know how to swim.
I have a Ford sedan, so similar to a Commodore. Never again will I look at the $$ amount when filling up!

sharleen - speaking of pools and such, have you convinced Aaron to put a pool in, and are you still going ahead with the renos? You've got the perfect sized yard for a pool.

Does Nina go to daycare or anything like that? Maybe when the time comes you can parhaps put her into some sort of occasional care while youre at swimming with Emily? When time comes for the new bubs to learn i think Jesse will prob have started daycare one day a week so will prob look at swimming that day. Yeh i think its important too, esp if you have a pool.. plus they will love it im sure

That's a good idea. Nina does go to daycare, so I might take Emily to swimming on the days Nina goes to daycare.

Have you thought of taking Nina and/or Emily swimming of a nighttime Jodi? That way Heath can participate as well. Jett goes on Monday nights at 6pm, Ryan and I used to take turns going with him but now Ry does it. Im going to enrol Ripley @ 3mths in a class that falls on J's daycare days but once Ripley is older theyll go on the same night and we'll switch kids each week.
