mm - hopefully that is all it is then. I think with the new clothes it depends on where it is made - i think some countries may use strong chemicals - sometimes you can smell it.
with the glass test - when you push down, if the rash disappears it's probably viral, if you can still see the rash when you apply the pressure, then it's probably worth getting it looked at.
