ok, I'm back. .

things going well with the house - tiles are done and carpet goes down tomorrow, then air-con and blinds installed on Thurs. The road up to the house is being sealed tomorrow as well - no more bumpy rides! The only hiccup is that we'll still only have temporary power until March 21, which means we can plug into it, but not have the lights and appliances hooked up etc. So it'll be a bit like camping for a week or so - cooking on a camp stove, torches and candles after dark, air-con won't be connected but at least we can plug in a few fans to keep us going. Weather is much milder this week, so hopefully the worst of the heat is over now. Looking forward to getting there and starting to arrange everything - I LOVE my new kitchen - can't wait to have it all set up

I probably won't be online much since we won't have our computer set up until we get the power connected, but I'll borrow the in-laws internet a few times if I get the chance
