Long as your feeling Ok and not worrying yourself! I wasn't checked at all with my lochia when I had Rochelle and I passed much bigger clots with her than Brooky. My placenta literally came out like mince though - My ob had to put his hand up inside me to try and get bits of my placenta out. It was horrible. Rochelle's placenta came out like a gigantic steak! They said Brooklyn's placenta was a bit small too which might have something to do with her being small. I don't have any lochia anymore either. I always thought you were meant to have it for 6 weeks or so... but I haven't had anywhere near that long with either girls. But with Rochelle, AF returned every 28 days from when I had her despite BF. Glad Emerald has settled for you! Nothing that I know of to look out for in our family. The only hereditary thing is heart disease of my husband's side. Brooklyn goes cross eyed too, trying to focus especially when they are tired.
