Mum2Bxx- I am so sad at how my birth turned out. I guess that's why i have been quiet. Don't feel ready to talk about it yet. I believe my hospital has a birth debriefing service and when i am ready i will take them up on it. Your hospital may have something like this.

Had a visit from the MCHN today, and our little one is doing well. I have an oversupply of milk at the moment, so have to be careful of draining the breast properly. I have to express a little at the start or her head almost comes off! I had a couple of lumps this morning, and have been feeling crook, so the MCHN wants me to watch out for mastitis. It might just be that i have a bug, at the same time as the lump.

My neuro condition is still playing up abit since the birth, and DH has been great in helping, especially at night. Our little one had an unsettled arvo/night yesterday but has been quite content today. It's like she knws when she can play up, and when we need a break.
