Beck - that's terrible news about the whooping cough and how scarey! DH and I got immunised when we took Angus for his GP visit, so I hope it works. I can't believe your daughter still got it though... I hope you get some rest - do you have any family you can get help from. My Mum keeps offering to have Angus for long periods, but I'm not quite ready yet!
BG - we have the same with Angus. He hates being put in his bassinette if he is not fully asleep and sometimes I put him down when he is only in a light sleep. He actually started his sleep with one eye still open just a fraction to make sure he knows what's going on! So cute - but also so difficult sometimes... He's also a bit of a spewer too, but he weighs 4.8kg - 800g more than at birth, so he must be keeping some of it down.
Kate - we have had a few days where Angus is like that too, but only here and there. He needs to be held to go to sleep and sometimes he wakes up every time he is put down and cries. We change his nappies before every feed or sometimes I leave it until half way through the feed to wake him up because he falls asleep without having enough to drink. At the moment I am just going along with Angus and following his lead. I don't think we will have any routine as such until later on - probably around 6 months. He's got his own little routine anyway which he follows most days..
Anyway, he's awake now, so I better go - I hope I didn't miss anyone!
