Hey all,

Sorry for the absence - so exhausted when I come home from a work day that I just manage to eat tea and flop in front of the telly and my non-work days are so crammed full of appointments and mothers groups and domestic duties that I hardly have time to scratch myself!

How do full time working mummas do it??!!?

Will attempt some catch ups...

Malyna - how beautiful what you wrote about your DH was. I'm so glad you're getting some help and TBH sounds like a good thing that you left the program too. If it wasn't working for you, it wasn't working. Big hugs - wish there was more I could say or do to help you

Ali - big hugs to you too, on starting back at work and having to adjust to child care If it makes you feel any better, one of the mums at my MG had to deal with the same (if not worse) than that and her son has now adjusted and loves it. He didn't sleep there at all for a while but now will have one sleep. Give it time hun, she may even learn to enjoy it!

Olive/Heaven - sounds like you guys are having hard times with sleep. Hoping it gets better for you guys! It has to, right?!

Olive - no idea what we're getting DD! Half tempted to wait til after her bday when we see what everyone else gets... I like the clamshell idea, she loved the ball pit at the playground the other day... she loves car type things too so maybe one of them...

Heaven - can't believe DD is walking already!! Almost the youngest, clearly the most gifted and talented What a clever girl she is.

Pinny - poor L's head! We have had plenty of falls but no bruises yet... scrape on the leg, that's been about the worst of it. And a nasty blister on her finger! No idea where that one came from!

Nai - how's work been? I know what you mean about the days feeling like they drag past. Some days I literally sit there staring at the clock on my phone wondering how 60 seconds can be so loooooong... I need to get back onto BB at work, that'd help pass the time

I just don't really care about work anymore. The only reason I am there is the cashola it brings us and I can't bring myself to get excited about it anymore. Ah well! At least I've got a definitive timeline to when I can stop again!!!

Holly - yay on resigning, good on you - definitely not work the hassle for only $50 extra!! Sounds like a great choice and you seem really happy about it. Happy birthday too, belatedly!!

Det - hope the second Levi bday went well! See you Tues hopefully!

Kaz, Shell, hi!! Thanks for your comments to me on FB

I'm sure I've missed people, I'm so sorry...

AFM: well as some have already seen on FB (I lurve FB for iPhone, its fantastic) we had our 20 week scan today and IT'S A BOY!!!!!

So all you lovely mums in here with little men (I'm lookin' at you Det, Kaz, Holly, Pinny, Malyna, did I miss anyone??) - I'm gonna need some help soon! What the heck do you do with the willy when you're changing a nappy???????

Apart from that excitement, the only other non-excitement is my poor sister - she's a week past her EDD (again - it happened with my niece) and she is OVER IT. Positive vibes she will go into labour soon please - she is dead set against an induction.
