Yeah G, go crazy with that hair colour!! Got my fingies and toesies crossed for you with the car ride, you might be surprised at how well the boys travel. And most of all, enjoy your trip!

MP - wow on the relationship understanding. BB has been migrating from one server to another so that might explain some of the glitches you are having.

Clare, I sooo want to see The imaginarium...! Your morning lie in etc sounds just gorgeous, a well deserved treat after the last hectic couple of months. I've scored a ticket to go to a critic's preview of film called French Kisses - it's one of those teen angst but written by a graphic novel author so shld be good.

Arte, it takes the kids a little while to learn to get interested in each other. Missy E is very sociable (talking) but I think that's because she has an older sister for a sounding board. Also it's one thing for a child to talk about an experience they had (vivid memory) vs listening to someone else talk about something that happened to them, which is more abstract if the thing they're listening about isn't in front of them, kwim? My DD1's little friend was always miles ahead with the talking but after about the age of 3 they had enough language between them for it to 'work'. They're still good friends 10 years later LOL.

Bit of a reprieve in the temperature today, finally! A bit too late for my lawn (loose definition) which has gone completely brown and crunchy. Missy E seems to be coping better with the heat than she did last year, which is good.
