I got my cheapo ebay fitteds today and my liners with wetbag (thank goodness - DD did the biggest poo of her life in my Magic-All the other night and it was soooo gross and didn't want to come off. Filled a bucket spraying it off with my cheap mans little squrit - one of those $2 shower hose things you attatch to your bath tap, Ech).
The Ebay fitteds do look el cheapo but they will be good as my fallback nappies isntead of sposies and for $5 each I can't complain. Am a bit sad that I haven't got my other ebay AIO order, they looked quite good so was hoping to trial them and I ordered them before the stuff that arrived.
Hmm, am also waiting on my Maz cover aaaaand a couple more BBH covers. I can't even remembr when I ordered those but might have only been a day or two ago so can't realy complain about waiting.
Really want some more CT's - they are my fav's because they nice and soft and easy and OSFM and DH likes them too. Want to get the reduced ones on ebay but they have a ridiculously long amount of bidding time on them so am cranky because don't want to order more from their website till I know how many I need which depends on if I get the ebay ones or not - Want more now- Not impressed - hate it when they don't have buy it now options, Hmmm, come to think of it, the saving isn't as huge as thought when factor in postage they want - plus that's if same price now, which will prob go up close to bid end time. Hmmm, think I have talked myself into jsut buying more now. Yay!
Ray Ray ? I agree with what everyone else says about drying the nappies, but just remember... it is Melbourne and its likely to give us the opposite of the weather forecast!
Kat ? lurve the new username! Good one!
Has anyone tried the Foamy Wipes Wash spray from bubblebubs? Was thinking I might get some
i am a lazy wipes person disposable wipes...although only when i am out and for nanny....at home i use sherpa wipes and come to think of it...MOST times we have been at nannys house and she has changed Jack...she gets 2 face washers one wet and one dry...to wipe him and change him.
don't think we could use the foamy wipe solution...Jack has very sensitive skin....sucks being such a fair skinned lil man
I looked at the foamy wipe stuff but with DD and her sensitive skin i didnt want to risk it. We had the heat on last night... was Freezing here... But it was great my naps dried in no time and all fresh for today... at least i know i can hang the naps in the airer in front of the AC heat and they will dry... YAY...
So excited about next week... just wish i didnt have to wait anylonger for new fluff... YAY...
Great username Kat
Ali, OMG you are braving Dawn Service!? Your a champ, I took a respite after I had Jett and its still going til atleast next year. I am in process of answering your sms too I promise, things are a bit hectic here atm.
Not expecting fluff but am expecting my new hugabub sling, and it better hurry cause all this stopping to feed and rock River is driving me batty. If I stand or sit still for more than 5 seconds I get attacked by ferals
I use sposie wipes for the moment as I am constantly wiping newbie's butt but when he's not pooping so much I might make the switch. Naughty I know but I figure Im allowed one no-no to make my life a tad bit easier..........
Hmmm I need fluff...................any recommendations ladies?
Remindered me I need to upload some piccies, River has worn his TL embroidered and I just had to take pics
Kel - MIOI we use it every nappy change..regardless of wee or pooh''s. I got the banana flavoured one and it makes nappy changing time 'smell' nicer...also everyone knows how super sensitive Mateauz butt is but since we started using it every change we havent had a rash so finally we have found something that works for us. Bubbley bliss is going to be stokcing wipe wash very soon (shes at wahmnaps)
my back is very bad today so not staying around...im to moody when im in pain
Daddle Doo nappies ladies - what should I know about them? Do they fit chubber bubs, are they very absorbent?
I really shouldnt be spending money that hasnt even cleared my bank account yet but I cannot help it..............that and my baby bonus starts on monday
Rayray - when you put the arer over the heating bent, pop a couple of towels over the whole lot like a tent...they will dry waaaay quicker
Oh, not that you would need to, but the pop-in covers cant go in the dryer.
Kat - love the new name!!
Jess - nah, the heater isnt as hot as the dryer
Maz - huge s
ali - how exciting about your obs appointment! Pity about the last minute nappies though lol he's done pretty well though!
woooooo hooo - i just got confirmation of the amount of my redundancy (that has been in court for FOUR years) and it's almost half again what i was expecting so next week i can pay off fluffy layby's and then look for something super spesh for my little Gremlin to celebrate. OMG - this money couldn't have come at a better time!
Ana- I LOVE my DD... its an AIO side snap one... Pic in my FB is u wanna check it out... Its super quick drying (i have ordered a 2nd snap in booster cos the outer dries so fast...) Its a slim snug fit on my DD... She isnt skinny just average... her legs are a little big (BLegs dig in)... Well for us its perfect... she has leaked once but it was on for a while. She is wearing hers now for a day nap... Ur making me want another now... naughty...
BG... YAY... Woot... COngrats...
