if anyone is "not ready" it is us. We still live with his mother for goodness sake! But we are doing it anyway because we want it that badly. In reality we figured, even with perfect circumstances things can change in an instant, you never know when the company might decide to mame someone redundant. Landlord decided they want to sell. Etc. So what is the point in waiting and torturing ourselves in the meantime?

That is just us though. Im not trying to tell you what to do, of course, its just our reasoning.
