I am mainly going to be cutting out processed foods and cutting back on the amount of carbs that I eat. I have low-carbed in the past with great success (lost 21kgs before falling preg with DD1), I just wont be cutting back quite as hard as would like to due to breastfeeding. Have found before just cutting out bread, pasta, potatoes from my lunch makes a huge difference to me, especially if I keep them minimal with dinner.

For breakfast I normally have porridge with fruit and a tablespoon of LSA, sometimes I will have eggs. I have been seeing a naturopath about improving my general health and we have worked out that they are the best breakfasts for me. I am also taking a digestion tonic to help with IBS and for the extreme hunger I tend to get. Really need to catch up with her again soon.

As for exercise, well still working that one out. I have the Wii Fit, so will be dragging that out more often and I will also be trying to get out into the garden more. Did go swimming today, but I doubt sitting in the shallow end with bubs counts as exercise

Punkin - you are looking great - congrats on your journey so far
