Mr Squidipa - well done!!! That's awesome! You must be so pleased with yourself!
Vixstar - woo hoo, well done to you too. What's that saying, the journey of 100 miles starts with 1 step (or something like that!). I reckon doing the first thing is the scariest bit. You can do it!!
JBM - if you get m/s, I remember reading that walking helps the nausea. And I find I NEVER felt like walking in first tri (felt so tired/nauseas) but it's true, I always felt better afterwards.
Oh that does sound discouraging, but please try to remember a) a loss IS a loss. and b) pls pls don't give up! My DH has spent a MONTH trying to lose and got nowhere, and we thought it was cos of his meds, but we've gotten more "scientific" (lol) about it, and finally he's losing. We just had to re-examine his snacks and increase his exercise (daily walking is really helping). Remember if you give up, you won't have a chance of losing. But if you keep trying you will! And maybe it's just finding exactly the right combination of food/exercise for you? I had the same thing happen on one of my early stop-startattempts and lost very little but then suddenly lost more. So please don't hinge it all on one weigh-in, that breakthrough loss could be just around the corner
. Oh and the other thing, your cycle can really mess with your weight too.
