Cherished J has been coughing for 5weeks now. She was in paeds a week ago as when she coughs she can't breath and turns blue. Usually it self reverts quickly but it didn't this time and lasted 10mins. Luck we are very close to the hospital. When she was in there my diet went out the window as after 20hrs of not eating anything (as I couldn't leave her) I went to the vending machine which only had chips and chocolate. DH couldn't come up as she was in isolation and we had the other 2 kiddies. Anyway that was the undoing of it all and I have eaten what I have wanted to for a week now and I'm confident I have gained everything back I lost. Thats why I haven't posted as I could only whinge and I didn't want to do that so now I'm back and trying again. Thats after I ate 2 pieces of toast covered in butter for breakfast.
