I wont even weigh myself as I know I would have gained the 5kilos I lost all in a week. Was going so well until bub was admitted to hospital and I couldn't go to the kiosk so was having quick trips to the vending machine. DH couldn't come up as he could not bring the other kids (due to us been in isolation) and the stupid hospital didn't provide me anything (suppose to provide BF mothers with a meal) anyway that was my undoing. Going to get right back on the wagon after DH birthday. So disappointed Im back to where I started at a months hard work gone in less then a week.

But I have been really slack. I shall have to chase that wagon down and tie myself to it!

such a slacker! I filled in the food diary for about 2 days and I didn't even add everything up! I just haven't had time. Doesn't it suck when your partner doesn't have a weight problem and expects you to be thin especially when they aren't supportive. I know how lucky I am! Re the workout I totally think house work is a workout. In fact I often wonder how much people could get done if instead of going to the gym they did 'real' things like build a cubby house, landscape the garden, paint the house, scrub floors etc. I guess that's why laborious have hot bods lol
Bummer on the gain this week. Don't give up Though!
to the weight loss thread and BB! Congrats on your huge 1st week weight loss. I also have a male/female name as do my brother and sister. Not sure why it turned out that way though? I also need to up my water. A trick I used to do years ago was make up warm tea and put it into either a 500g bottle or a 1tr bottle (glass bottles) for 1 it was like a hot water bottle in winter and 2 it was soooo easy to drink my water intake for the day. I used to make up a number of different things, lemon water, soda a bit of fennel in water (great for fluid retention) or peppermint, green, rosehip, camomile tea etc I really should start doing that again!

and we both have the same motivation to loose that extra weight!
.

so mad at myselt
). Had to larf about your hard ar$e comment. I think I'm the opposite. I'd rather eat a bit naughty & work out more, than eat super strict. Which can get me in trouble if I am in a state (i.e. injured) where I can't work out (not that I'm injured now anyway!).
I've lost 1.2kg this week YAY!!! So that's 1.8kgs all up in the 2 weeks I've committed to loosing weight hoooooray for me. And i get to move my ticker along YAY. Over the weekend I also did some of those things I said I was going to do like write down all the reasons I am choosing to loose weight and I wrote a 6 month goal list with rewards for reaching them
