wow....i disappear for a week and the place comes to life welcome all...i will have to sit down and read all these posts but have only go a quick minute now....put off last weeks weigh in casue i thought id get a bad result....

another cm lost on waist...total 3cms lost. and a 1kg gain from last week but still lost 2 kgs from the begining. need more focus!!
