Awwwww Mg . DH and I have a friend who is only 40 and he had to have a hip replacement. He couldn't get around a golf course without taking pain relief and even then he could barely walk. He was told to hold off for as long as he could as the he would outlast the hip replacement and probably have to have it done again later in life.
He has an amazing result from it, yes he had some physio and rehab an so on, as he is young he bounced right back pretty quicly and easily and he was also relatively fit aside from the dodgy hip.

Winter.....I am doing the push ups at combat every week, does that count? You really should consider becoming a PT, it sounds like the perfect job for you

Well done everyone for doing those push ups...Winter certainly is an inspiring person!!!!!!!!

Combat for me today. The instructor came up to me after class an offered to show me 1 on 1 the jump kick next week before class starts I have been running into her around the shops and explained how much trouble I was having, think she noticed that today
I'll get there.....so that's my goal, to perfect the Jump Kick
On the positive side I got the allligator push up today and also a few other things that have been introduced in Combat. It was an interval training style Combat today. Very good for the fitness.

Hope everyone else is going well with their training goals.
