I so so so wish we lived in the same state MG!!!! And you too Winter!!!!! Actually - ALL my fitness chics on BB - I wish you were ALL in SA :-) Oh, the fun we would have hehehehe!

I've been doing the odd RPM session in the garage, and took the dogs for a big walk this morning. It was good to get out of the house with no kids attached to me, ahhhh! So refreshing. Its the simple things in life eh?
