I've been slowly but surely getting there - most days over 10 000 steps at school - under 90kg atm - was 90.4 at my first weigh during preg at home (about 4/5weeks along so pg would have had minimal impact at that stage). Hovering between 88 and 89 this week. And I fit into size 14 jeans but they are stretchy elastic waist-banded jeans but still Does shifting books along the shelves count as arm work (my arms say it does) - have been stocktaking and weeding the school library collection so have been "finding" empty shelves so have been shifting books along as I go.
