2. To feel confident and sexy and maybe I will put on some sexy lingerie for DH! LOL
3. To stop comparing myself to my sister who looks absolutely wonderful
4. To be healthier
5. To stop sucking in my tummy
6. I want to look like I work out - toned all over
7. To be able to wear the clothes that are in fashion and look good in them
8. To be able to wear shorts and skirts and not worry about my legs jiggling
9. To stop comparing myself with total strangers
10. To smile in photos and not have my face look chubby
Before my wedding I was going to the gym 7 times a week and I was loving it. I thought that I will only go 4 times a week now but I think I may go 7 times again, but I am still not sure! I am a SAHM and I get bored at home so I guess I should!
This is what I was doing before.
Monday: Weights & BodyStep
Tuesday: Weights & RPM
Wednesday: Weights & BodyPump
Thursday: Cardio
On Monday - Tuesday I was going in in the morning and then again in the evening for the classes. May be a little extreme but I was losing up to 1.3kg a week and I lost all my baby weight in 4 months, so it was working for me and I felt so good for doing it. Maybe I will start up again.. Got to think about it!!
