I would just go ahead and assume you have "GD and change your diet.. I am not denying myself things at all.. If I feel like a chocolate I have one but instead of a mars bar for example I will have a milky way.. I drink zero instead of normal coke but I also can't stand normal coke anymore.. too syrupy.
so what I am trying to say is that if you deny yourself everything you crave you will eventually give into those cravings and over indulge. so I am just very careful with houw much I eat...
plus I was chatting with my diabetes specialist the other day and she said she doesnt want me to stop living my life. just be wise about it...
