yeah there is the city and a few big shopping centres with lots of shops, pretty much the same shops as melbourne, like sports girl, cotton on, kookai etc... but melbourne has a bigger range of fashion.

    Hi girls,
Congrats on the weight loss Amy, keep up the good work and GL to Ash.
I plan to join the gym again once bubs is born, im 67 now and will prob be bout 63-64 after i have her so i'll be needing to kick my junk food habit (maccas is my weakness, lol) and lose 10kg, hopefully the breast feeding will help... it only took me 4 months to lose 12kg with alyssa and i was alot bigger so hopefully it'll take me even less time this time.

Congrats on quiting smoking Taegan, im proud of ya, im not a smoker and never have been but one less smoker makes my lungs feel better. lol.

Brendans Mum- GL at the doc

Retail therapy sounds great but after my big news on Sat im staying away.
On Saturday we spoke with a mortgage broker and he said he'd give us a home loan now, DP earns **** money and im not even working but they would give us one, we are stoked, thrilled, its great news.... although we are not buying yet, we are going to keep saving and wait til end of next yr to buy, DP will have a better paying job or a pay rise by then and i can go back to work part-time. Ooooh so exciting, things are finally coming together.

Only 6 more weeks til my bubs is born, we are all very exciting, especially alyssa, she gives my tummy kisses everynight and tells Charli she loves her and cant wait to meet her....

Bought Alyssa a preschool activity book the other day and im a soooooo proud of her, i know she is smart for her age but she if flying through this book with ease, my clever lil chicken is getting big and smart.

Well im off to vacume and fold washing, then i might have a nap

Enjoy the rest of your day ladies and take care

That's great news Kirra. Im on the other end, I wish my mum would get off my back about us buying a house. Anthony isn't on the greatest salary and we'd be taking more than 50% a fortnight to pay off a loan. There is no way I am doing that. I refuse to pay anymore than 30% of what we earn on our housing. We're going to save up for as long as possible and get a huge deposit before we buy.
Just wish people would stop calling rent money dead money, because what the heck is interest?
Lol, anyway, good luck with the impending labour and birth

My mum guessed (i got twnety questions when i was quiet on the phone) so I'm not sure
Do you plan on telling her over the phone or in person?
Do you want it to come across as scared and fearful or would you like to feel confident about it?

If you wangt to show her from the start that you're happy and you have made this decision consciously (rather than fearing what she might say) you could buy her a fridge magnet or something that says "What happens at Grandma's stays at Grandma's" Do your brothers have any children or is the the first grandchild?

Or just come out with it?

Sorry i don't have any better advice, good luck!
