Well done minnie! I think I will weigh in each Sunday. I changed my goal... I want to reach the healthy bmi range... the upper limit is 25 which means I need to get under 70.5 kgs (4.5 kgs to lose). I think that is a nice starting goal. That should be only 5 weeks... I can be in the healthy bmi range for Christmas, wahoo.
The next goal will be smack bang in the middle of the healthy bmi range (22.5) which means 63.5 kgs for me, so another 7 kg loss from the first goal, or 11.5 kgs from where I am now.
