do you have an iphone? There are a couple of good apps - I got my iphone in december 2010, and used the ShapeUpClub App, and lost about 8 - 10kg just by using that (of course I was obsessed with my iphone then - and have since stopped using it). I haven't put any of it back on this year - and really need to get back into the App - because it's on my phone I have no excuse not to record - I always have my phone with me so....

certainly the phone app worked much better than the pen and paper food diary.
