I've been avoiding you all on this thread, cause I've had such a couple of weeks, with EPU, ET and being sick - I just couldn't be bothered... but I also know myself well enough that any excuse will do.
last weigh in last week and I was 110.9kg BMI = 39.3
DH goes overseas on Saturday - so I'm planning to take the two weeks to get myself into a routine - I'm scared BT on wed will put me out - esp if it's a BFN, but even a BFP and I could stay fallen off the wagon as I celebrate.
seriously need to get my headspace in the right place.
eating well just takes up so much time and it feels like IVF is taking all the time I SHOULD be spending on eating well, exercising and planning.
I do go to PT twice a week (although went on monday and personal trainer almost sent me home I was coughing so much), do a class on one of the days as well, and try to go to gym at least one other time... so I am doing some things right - most of the time.
so.... I'm going to sit down on monday and PLAN it all out for the next two weeks.... so kick me up the butt if I don't get back on here with a plan for you all by tuesday....
