Jbub - thank you for sharing your experience with endo. I think fortunatley for me I don't have to worry about it. I had my appts with nurse yesterday and asked whether I would need a lap. She said most likely not. I hope you don't need to go through more surgery, please keep us posted.

Tish - Hopefully that will put your DH's mind at rest. We were told yesterday DH will have to have another biopsy at the time of PU and he's not worried at all. Is your DH having sedation as well as local? The sedation really seemed to help my DH to relax before they insert the local.

As for me, like I said, we had our first appts yesterday and everything was explained to us. It was a long day and extremely overwhelming, so much information. I'm feeling a lil apprehensive and uneasy about the whole process. But like DH & the nurse said, once we start, it's just one step at a time and it will become so routine we won't even think about it.

I didn't realise how complex the process is. The nurse ran through the process and at several points during that 'debriefing' I thought to myself "Is this list of instruction ever going to stop".

Someone mentioned earlier, I'm not sure who, that they take total control of your cycle - and it's so true! It's like a finely tuned machine - everything runs like clockwork.

I bought my (wait lemme get the packets) Norimin & Synarel yesterday and I'm all set for when Aunt Flo arrives....which should be on Thursday.

Now that I'm a lot more informed than I was 24 hours ago, I might actually be able to understand what you ladies are talking about. The abbrev list will probably make a lot more sense to me now.
