oneday- so sorry, big hug- and you are so right so many people out there don't realise what they've got.... and I too feel the loss of my angel babies strongly- they'll always be with us. I hope you can take some time out just now for yourself, be gentle with yourself

babydreamtime- thanks! so lovely to hear from you

    Hi Ladies,

Oneday - I'm so sorry. Your cycle seemed to be going so well, you must be devastated. Do whatever you need to do to get through this awful time - in here we know how it feels.

Possums - Good luck Hope this is THE ONE for you.

Tantee - praying that yours becomes a more definite bfp very soon. Why do people think that hearing about other pregnancies will cheer us up in these horrible times. Whatever happened to giving people a hug and saying something caring (or nothing)? You truly do learn a lot about other people when doing ivf, which in turn will make us all better people in the end I think. I understand your christmas dilemma - my SIL had a baby almost on the due date of my baby. She's my niece and I love her, but we all know it's not the same. I hope your luck turns around xx

Tima - How are you going? I'm so sorry. (I love how you 'accidentally' POAS). I really hope it was too early

Sweetie - are you surviving the awful wait?

Springlola - have you poas again? Not long till the official BT - who am I kidding - friday is 10 years away! I have fingers and toes tightly crossed for you

I know my tww is officially over, but my follow-up bt is tomorrow and I am just as nervous as the first one. But I mostly just care about what's happening in here

Thanks for your kind words saffy, kaybee and possums! this one is the hardest to deal with, i just wish that i could see into a crystal ball and know everything is going to be ok because at the moment i feel like im never going to become a mum and it kills me! Im hoping things start to feel better soon. I don't want to tell my DH that i got my period today, yesterday when i done the POAS he had tears in his eyes and said 'cant we still have hope, maybe the test is wrong', it breaks my heart to tell him again and again that we still arn't pg. I really do wonder about life and how unfair it can be to good people. I really hope there will be more BFP's in here soon. I guess id better go as im not in the 2ww anymore xxxx

RhiChiChi...welcome! I hope you do receive your christmas wish

oneday-oh I know, it's so hard not knowing when it will happen isn't it..that's what really gets me sometimes too....wondering, how long?! try and find time for you and your DH to be together and share doing things that help you feel a bit brighter....it all helps you through

to everyone else waiting, fingers crossed!

afm- not really enjoying the crinone, but hope it's doing it's thing! and am also on daily clexane injections, which hurt more than the ivf needles, but aren't as bad as i had feared. Have this week off, so am keeping busy and also having plenty of downtime, which i hope it helping my little embie snuggle in!

    Hi everyone,

Oneday, big hugs to you. I can only say to you to be kind to yourself. This TTC journey is so hard to take at times, it's a constant wave of hope and then disappointment and can really take it's toll. You sound like you have a very loving, caring DH and you will get your strength from each other. A crystal ball would be great - It would be so much easier even if it told you that you would get pg in 'x' number of cycles, the cycles would be so much easier to get through knowing that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Tima - lol @ your accident! Eating lots is a good sign isn't it?

Sweetie - sometimes we are so focused on every little step of the process, it is easy to forget about DH's feelings sometimes and the strain it puts on them too. I know I am certainly guilty of that at times.

Kaybee - praying for fantastic numbers for you today. Please keep us posted asap.

Possums - thanks for your kind words. I have found no effects from the crinone this time around, not even *tmi 'excess crinone although have in the past. Do you mind my asking what you are taking the clexane for?

RhiChiChi - Welcome, this is the best place to be, lots of lovely, strong, supportive women in here to support you in this stressful time.

Springlola - C'mon Friday!! Lots of Luck. I may end up in the nuthouse too this week. Group discount I'm thinking.

Hi Sweetie, Aimee & Tima - I hope your trifecta comes in on BT Day.

Hi to anyone I may have missed.

AFM - twice daily POAS had driven me mad, super, super, super light up until yesterday morning, now nothing. No more spotting. I had also started getting a real aversion to the smell of cleaning products which has now also gone. No cramping, no tender bb, nada! My guess is implantation happened to some degree but didn't take. I just want to get BT over with now (Thurs).
Am thinking that I will have to wait until Feb now. Does anyone's FS let them do a FET straight after a stim cycle? Even though it is Christmas, I would like to at least be starting a cycle again in mid Jan.
Now I am going to try and drag my sorry a##e out for a while. I don't feel like going anywhere or seeing any one but have hardly left the house for days and am getting cabin fever with just my pee sticks for company.

    Hello ladies

I'm finally in the 2ww. It seemed to take forever to come around. I'm so relieved everything has worked. I was worried about my last embie surviving the thaw process. During the transfer the embie got stuck in the tube and they had to do it all again. At least it's in the right place now and FX crossed it sticks.

Oneday I'm sorry to hear about your BFN.
    Congratulations Tima and Kaybee.
My BT is next Thursday and I know I'm going to be a mess if I get a BFN. Best of luck to everyone.

Hi peeps, well another BFN today... BT not till Monday, but my period due Friday. I've got two tests left, so will try again tomorrow and then Friday. If still BFN, I'll just do the BT Monday to confirm either way. Well, if not work out I'll go back for a two embryo transfer (I have four embryos in the freezer), then hopefully result will be twins and instant family!! But if this one works out, of course we will be over the moon!!

Woohoo Tima, so happy for you. By the way what is the difference of a 3dt and 5 dt for the POAS best results? I am now 8dp5dt (I hope got that right!) and still BFN... Do I still have time for HCG levels to rise or even exist?!

Hey Kaybe, how did your BT go? This TWW has been so awful! I got up at 4.15am this morning to test and went to work for 6.30am before anyone else got in the office. Been holding back the tears all day, just told people I must have a summer cold coming on...

RhiChiChi, welcome. You have come to the right place to help you get through the dreaded TWW! Keep positive all the way. I'm 50/50 atm!!

Possums, I didn't mind the crinone, but the clinic didn't give to me this time round?! I hope hasn't effected the success of implantation... Good luck to you matie.

Tantee, good luck for your BT on Thursday! Crossing fingers for you!

Hey happybaby, let's hope this wee embie works out for you this time round!

Well, at least tomorrow is hump day! Can't wait until the weekend so can go to Ikea and keep my mind off baby stuff and work :-(

    Hi everyone

Wow I haven't been well and have missed a lot!

Sweetie - yay for hump day and ikea! so well organised and distracting love it, for you bfn BUT still hope you have plently of time for a bfp before monday.

Happy baby - oh dear, glad everything is ok now though.

Tantee - I'm sorry your line disappeared, did you test at different times of the day? A couple of time I have had BFN's in the past because I have over-diluted my urine and tested too early after a previous wee (sorry tmi), good luck for your bt thursday though.

Tima - Yay! Congratulations, 8dp3dt is really good to be getting a bfp.

Possums - Hi hope you are going well, yay for holidays. Can I ask what the clexane is for?

RhiChiCHi - Welcome, hope you're coping ok in the 2ww

Oneday - if you're still here, I'm so so sorry to hear about your news. My heart almost broke I thought everything was going so well for you this cycle. Be gentle with yourself. I can understand if you need a break/career change given your current place of employment. Sending hugs to you and DH.

I can't complain, my OHSS has gotten alot worse but I think its because I am pg, got a thin line on Monday 7dp5dt. My swelling has increased and am having some trouble breathing while sleeping and moving about but am hoping it doesn't get any worse. Am still praying everything is going ok and that baby is in my uterus this time.

Hugs to everyone, its such a tough journey at times, hope you're all going ok.

Tima - Yay!!!!! Best of luck for strong BFP numbers for you on BT day.

Happybaby - Thank goodness your embie survived the thaw. It must have been extra nervewrecking to have your embies stuck as well. This little mite must be very determined to make it's way in and settle in. Best of luck to you for a bfp

Sweetie - thanks for the well wishes. Have fun @ ikea, I'm sure you will find lots of stuff that you never knew you needed there. I always do! It will prove a good distraction. I think I will also be be transferring 2 next time, although, knowing my luck, they will both split and it will be quads. Did you end up POAS yesterday?

Aimee - I found that the lines were stronger in the afternoon for some reason and have of course googled this and found it to be true for quite a few others. It sounds like you are definately preggers if your OHSS is getting worse and you already have + on POAS. That is unreal. I have my fingers crossed for you big time and really hope that you start to feel a little better. It must be hard going feeling so yuck with 2 little ones to care for as well.

RhiChiChi - Good luck for this cycle. I hope you end up with a good result.

Possums, Oneday, Kaybee, Springlola, Trishy & Saffy.... (I am sorry if I've missed anyone) thank you so much for sharing your journeys. I feel so much better going through these cycles being able to talk with wonderful caring people who help share the anxieties, hope, joy and disappointments that this TTC stuff throws at us. (This is suspiciously sounding like an oscar speech!) But seriously... thank you. You are all amazingly strong women and hopefuly you will all get to hold your dreams in your arms in the near future.

AFM - My BT was a BFN:-( with a hcg of 4. - what was with the 'pregnant on the clearblue digital test on Tues Afternoon?) I will be going back for a FET in Feb (this is the earliest opp) and will hopefully transfer 2 blasties. I am just thankful that I hopefully don't have to do another stim cycle. Have only had frosties once before (day2) and lost all 6 at once in the thaw, so I am praying that my blasties will fare better.
I just have to wait for AF now (joy!), start the pill, and then wait, hopefully clear some headspace and start off fresh (well frozen really!) in the New Year.
I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year and that you all get a nice little Christmas gift this year. I'm going to pop back into the LTTTC and assisted for now, but will pop in to check up on you all.

tantee and sweetie- so sorry to hear you haven't had good news, it's really so hard, I feel for you...here's hoping it will happen soon

    tima, great news!

happybaby- sounds like a bit of a tense transfer day for you...hopefully this is THE one for you

aimee- sounds good...here's hoping your embryo is doing really well...I hope you start to improve soon, doesn't sound fun at all

to anyone else I have missed, sending sticky vibes!

afm- doing OK...up and down emotionally, which is standard in the TWW...I go from feeling positive, to nervous, to worried etc

the clexane is because i have antiphospholipid antibodies which cause blood clotting issues (these were discovered after my last miscarriage) affecting implantation/forming placenta etc. I am also on a small dose of thryoid medication to ensure the Graves Disease stays well under control...and all going well with that (we were forced to have a year off TTC once i was diagnosed with Graves Disease...it's been a journey full of hurdles, but hopefully we've overcome them and are now on the path to a baby)

after our losses, I know that next time we manage to get a BFP (and I hope it's this time) that will just be the start !

Hi girls! still plodding along in my tww.

Firstly big big to everyone who got a BFN- Sweetie, oneday, tantee- sorry it didn't work for you I hope you can still enjoy christmas but I know how bad it feels xx

possums- hopefully you can put the disappointment of the past few years behind you and get on with growing a beautiful baby! When is your BT?

Tima- YAY- nice to see a BFP here- Is it feeling a bit more real now?? Hope BT goes well!

Aimee- certainly sounds like you are UTD-!! exciting!! I've heard other people get OHSS worse when they are pregnant, is it settling down now??

Happybaby- glad you are in the tww- are you resting up? Best of luck for a bfp!

RhiChiCHi- good luck for your tww, feels like only yesterday we were both in here together! Hoep we both get better outcomes this time . Any symptoms for you? Or is it too early?

Kaybee- I think I've already said it but congratulations again on your 'official' BFP

AFM- I think I am 8DPO, nothing to report except bbs getting sorer which I would get whether pg or not, so ho hum, *twiddles thumbs*, just waiting. Christmas is a good distraction from the tww I've found.

    good luck everyone
