I've been feeling sea sick for over a week now, worse in the mornings but throughout the day and night as well. I am coping by eating whenever I start to feel the slightest bit hungry, because if I wait it's all over! Frosty fruits and frozen fruit pieces are really soothing for me, any cold juicy fruit in general. I've been freezing my water bottles too. I have found that I can usually breathe through and fight the urge to actually throw up but it's still seriously unpleasant! I'm liking quite carby, bland foods, eating a lot of bread and just discovered how much this baby likes vegemite!![]()
