Well... not doing too badly. Just one nasty attack this morning, but if you'll excuse the TMI, it has cleared up the nasty issues I was having with constipation so I actually feel a lot better for it now. Just a bit - I should not post under the influence of sedating drugs! Don't worry - they're all on prescription.
