Danni - it's a balloon thingy that costs about $160. You inflate it inside your hoohar gradually increasing it's diameter and stretching you over a number of weeks. Just google Epi-No (in Australia) and you'll find it. I went to BF classes on Saturday too. But I didn't feel I learnt anything! I'd heard it all before at my antenatal class.
