    Hi gals!
Welcome home Monnie and Felix! Hope you get into a smooth routine soon after your rough start. Hospital is suposed to be a place to rest and get fixed, not somewhere you have to get away from!

Scans are awsome arent they? I could have looked at mine all day long (except for the bad back and full bladder but I wasnt thinking of that at the time). I also think how lucky we are that we can see our bubs so often too. It is wonderful to get results from the tests but I love just being able to see him/her, that is reasurance enough for me!

I was wondering about braxton hicks cause one SIL had heaps and the other SIL who had preterm issues had none! Apparently a lot of people dont even know they are having them which sounds wierd but I know myself that I wasnt aware of my bubs moving around till quite sometime afterwards when a lightbulb went on in my head and I went "Hey, that wierd feeling I've been having for weeks must be IT!" Now there is no mistaking it though as they are real kicks and punches and somersaults. DH is hanging out to feel them but so far they are only on the inside... flabby belly probably doesnt help.

I aggree about looking the little things we have bought all the time. So cute. I just want to get them out and measure them up to my tum all the time. Must have been sooooo cute with them on the washing line!

I am looking forward to my classes, not really scared.... yet. I might be after I have seen the scary movie they aparently have hehehe. We arent starting till October sometime so that they finish closer to the delivery date and hopefully I havent forgotten everything by then. Preggo brain big time here.

Has anyone had trouble with thrush? I have only had it twice in my whole life but now have a nice culture going on here..... TMI but trying the yoghurt thing right now before going on to drugs if I have to. Any suggestions?

Hope everyone is going well and not too sick or sore...

Sazz Its good to see you pop in here again. I've been wondering how things are going. You poor chickie having to deal with thrush. I don't have any answers for you but I do know that my sister had it with her first pregnancy and the yoghurt made a huge difference. I hope this works for you too.

Ltl Panda Congrats to you guys on 7 years together. How exciting feeling bub move. I hope the work issues sort themselves out too.

DJTTC I really feel for you hun regartding not enjoying your pregnancy too much. I too have had days like that but I try to focus on the good ones and the fact that its all worth it in the end when we have our precious little bundles in our arms.
Are you sleeping on your back or your right side? If you are maybe bub is putting pressure on your sciatic nerve which could be causing the numbness in your legs.
The midwife last night told us as long as the BH don't get anymore frequent than 15 mins apart or painful everything is ok and its just getting us ready for labour and they aparently start happening from 10 weeks. Its just that we can't feel them at that stage

I have gotten over what my mum said the other day however I don't think she'll be doing any babysitting when our little boy arrives. She just has NO idea. I spoke to dh about it and he agrees so thats one good thing cause I did think maybe I was being hormonal in the way I reacted but he said she was lucky he wasn't around. So thats a good thing.

We went to our first class last night and while it was good, it did get a bit boring towards the end. I'm looking forward to next weeks as we get to tour the birthing suite. I am a little bit disappointed though as I would have really liked to have a water birth and they don't let you. You can stay in the bath for as long as you like but when its time to push bub out they pull the plug out. Oh well atleast I know this now and not when I'm in labor lol.

Well dh and I are celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary today(been together 9 years) So we'll go out for a lovely dinner tonight.

I also have an Ob appointment tomorrow. I'm sure everything is ok. BH are still happening but thats ok with me. Just so long as they don't get too painful I'll be ok lol.

A big hello to Monnie and Felix, Marcellas,Kimbe, Kotare and anyone else I may have missed. I hope you are all doing great.

Mako, congrats on 3 years, DH and will be celebrating our 3 year anniversary in Feb..... wedding anniversaries in years are no where as close as the years you are actually together. 9 years for you and 7 for me.....

Sazzafrazz , my SIL used yogurt and that helped. I once had it and I just used some Henissy, I guess try any strong spirit.....not sure if it did the trick but it went away within a couple of days.

DJTTC, yes they are bubbles, it feels sort of strange. I get numb arms here and there, but not legs..... have you tried myotherapy or deep tissue massages, they help to increase circulation and nerve function. Hope bubs slowes down a bit, my sister is having the same issue.
