The epi no is basically to stretch the perineum, similar to massage. One of the ladies in my ante natal class bought one $180.... Glad you've never needed stitches or an episiotomy.

Mildez - you are so good cleaning. I think I am brilliant for hanging out one load of washing, putting another on, doing a little tidying and now resting.... why do you have to wait for Dh to be away all day to do bubs things? Look at you 33 weeks! Awesome.
