    My mum boils them and then puts them in Sweet and Sour sauce and serves with rice - it's really yum.

    I've been known to cook sausage then chop it up and use it in a pasta sauce.

    boil them, peel off skin and crumb. we serve with oven fries and salad.

    Something that we like (apart from curried sausages) is to cook the sausages up normally & make mashed potato.... cut up the sausages & mix into the mash aswell as cooked peas & corn... its yummy all together (I also cover mine in tomato sauce haha)

    The other night we cooked up one of those continental packets, the creamy carbanara pasta one & mixed in cooked sliced sausages.... that was nice too

    gotta run but i like pasta with sausage tomato and fennel... if you google it you should find a recipe.....

    I cut them up into bitesize pieces, brown them, and cook them with a random Kantong sauce, and serve over rice. Kinda sounds boring after some of the other suggestions!!

    I do a sausage caserole type thing, I think I actually got the recipe off BB and then added to it.

    I just brown the sausages, drain them on paper towel (hate it when they're really greasy), cut them into small pieces, add a can of minestrone soup, a can of kidney beans, whatever vegies I have laying around (usually carrots, peas, onion etc) and some short pasta (spirals, shells whatever you have) and let it all simmer for about an hour. If there's not enough liquid, i add some stock too.

    It's really simple but really yummy! We usually have it in winter, it's good in the slow cooker too.

    2 sheets ready rolled shortcrust pastry
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 brown onion; finely chopped
    2-3 sausages cooked and chopped
    1 cup grated tasty cheese
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon plain flour
    300 ml cream
    ? cup milk

    1 Preheat oven to 200C. Lightly grease a fluted 3cm deep, 23cm (base), loose* base flan pan.
    2 Line base and sides of flan with pastry. Trim excess. Line pastry with baking paper. Half-fill with dried beans or rice. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove paper and beans. Bake a further 10 minutes or until golden. 3 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium* high heat. Add onion and cooked sausages. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Cool. Sprinkle over pastry. Top with cheese.
    4 Reduce oven temperature to 180c Whisk remaining ingredients and salt and pepper in a jug. Pour over sausage mix. Place onto tray. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Stand for 5 minutes. This is yummy served with baby potatoes but you could use whatever you like

    *Droooool....* @ Alan's recipe...

    I was going to suggest cooking your snags as usual, then make up some packet french onion soup with half the amount of water it suggests and pour it over your snags. Let them simmer until the liquid reduces and thickens a little. Nowhere near as exciting as Alan's recipe, but still tasty!

    I like to double crumb mine, flour, egg, them crumb and repeat! Yummy!
